Suitable apartment for shortor long stay. The service is good. However maybe the AC will have some problems in your room, it will just suddenly start pouring some water, so put this in mind!

Very good hotel, in a busy part of Hanoi. Down an alley, but that makes it a quiet place to stay. The accommodation was very good. Bed was comfortable, hot water was good and the water pressure was good.
Had 1 issue with the air-conditioning unit that leaked 1 day after being turned off then on. Major concern was the air-conditioning unit was above the RV & WiFi systems. No damage, and they got someone to look at it very fast. The room wasn't made up on our 2nd day. Front reception staff where very helpful. Close to a market, and lots of street food areas to eat.

The hotel is conveniently near the main roads but the view from the room is not really special (though I really like the room decoration and design). Furniture is sufficient. Services are okay. And the price is worth the money.
