The staff are professional and polite, they are very helpful and effective. They also gave us a birthday cake without us telling them, right after we check-in. I would go to this hotel again if i travel to hanoi

It was so close to the train coffee street. The staff there are very helpful and willing to assist with request like table booking in restaurants.

Hospitality is incredible. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. They respond immediately. They have English speaking staffs so no problem for communication. We reached so early and our return flight was so late. So they gave us complementary early check in and check out both. Simple but nice decoration. You can see a good view in the evening from the top bar. Location is perfect if you are a peace seeker. Famous train street is in walking distance. Recommended❤️ we had a great stay there.

The staffs are very responsive and helpful. Hotel location is not close to the main street so is quiet at night and the breakfast is tasty.

The room we order is the suite with balcony, and it’s very spacious and clean. The bed is soft and cozy. There’re fruits (banana and kumquat) provided, and will be refilled everyday if you consumed it. If not eaten, the fruit will be reserved freshly later. Travellers will be amazed by the staff hospitality and they are very pleased to help with your itinerary.

My flight was delayed for 12 hours due to bad weather , the hotel refused to cancel my reservation ! That’s unbelievable situation and I never experienced such bad service before. 我的航班延误了12小时，酒店拒绝取消预订，直接扣了一晚房费，真的离谱 第二天终于到了，发现酒店对面就是一个工地，大清早起来敲墙！

We booked this same day because our previous hotel turned out to be a catfish. This place is beautiful and the staff is so kind. We were welcomed with smiles and welcome drinks. I also went to the spa which was so peaceful and I was given pre and post massage tea and treats. The location is less than 5 minutes from train street, can not recommend this place more.

9/21~9/22 I stayed with La Sinfon a Citadel Hotel and Spa for one night. Pro: Location was really Great ! The room was clean and nice. The bed and pillows are comfortable. And the TV was has youtube and Netflix, I binge watch the show whole night! The design of the room for this hotel is beautiful ! Even though the balcony is not able to actually go out and stand on the balcony, but it was cute to see the street view. Sadly, I didn’t have time for the SPA. It looks like it could be nice. Cons: Not much of a problem actually, The hotel probably established for a while, so the towels looks old, the bathroom has water stains (as photo showed) Not like it is dirty, it is just old. Other than that, I don’t really like wear re-usable flip flop, knowing your feet touches something other stranger’s feet touched. I prefer those one time use slippers. Overall, I am really happy with this hotel and the price. I think it is a very good budget to stay here!!
