Stayed for 3 days. Great location, friendly service, wonderful breakfast buffet. Enjoyed the gym facilities too. One small hiccup: the other guests can be quite noisy. Slamming doors at early hours, having long conversations in the doorways, so it feels like you don’t get a lot of quiet time.

Remarkable food and service My husband and I recently had the pleasure of spending a few days in Hanoi during the Tet holiday, and we were absolutely delighted with our experience at this hotel. One aspect that truly stood out to us was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. Upon our arrival, Mr. Hieu Ha warmly greeted us, confirmed our booking, and personally escorted us to our room. Throughout our stay, he consistently went above and beyond to ensure that all guests were comfortable and satisfied. His friendly demeanor and genuine care for our well-being left a lasting impression on us. Additionally, we had the opportunity to indulge in a spa session at their sister hotel, conveniently located just a short 5-minute walk away. Despite the closure of many establishments during the Tet holiday, we were in desperate need of some rejuvenation for our weary bodies. Thankfully, the sole receptionist on duty, Ms. Ngoc Pham was attentive and responsive, she skillfully managed to arrange an on-the-day booking for us and tirelessly catered to the needs of various guests. The breakfast buffet offered by the hotel was equally impressive. In addition to the sumptuous spread of food available at the counter (not a lot but good enough), guests also had the option to order made-to-order chicken or beef pho, as well as eggs cooked to their preference. We were pleasantly surprised by the incredible flavors of the pho; it surpassed our expectations in every way. The only minor drawback we encountered during our stay was the soundproofing of the rooms. Regrettably, it was not entirely effective in muffling the conversations and occasional coughs from neighboring guests, as well as the sound of doors closing. Overall, our stay at this hotel was exceptional. While the spa experience may not have been the absolute best we had during our trip, the attentive and friendly staff made us feel genuinely valued and ensured that our every need was met.

Service quality meets 5-star standards! Super comfy bedding with spacious bathroom. Breakfast buffet exhibited both viet and western fusion style. The spa could have been a bit bigger, the current scale and workforce are not capable of accomodating even for 10% of the hotel guests.

We had a great stay at La Siesta Ma May! Throughout our trip, they made us feel right at home - always making sure that our needs are fulfilled and queries answered. Special shoutout to Thanh Hang and her colleagues for looking out for us and going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! Would highly recommend everyone who’s looking to visit Hanoi to give this hotel a try. Their Michelin-star restaurant, Red Bean Ma May, serves up some lip-smacking, high quality Vietnamese food. Their house bar offers great cocktails and a view over Hanoi’s old quarter. The in-house spa, La Spa, was the best massage I’ve ever had. So be sure to check them all out while you’re there too! The service across all these establishments is just as good as its hotel, such a great experience overall!

Loved the whole vibe of the hotel. The room was clean, sheets were perfect. Size of the room was good too and we had a huge window. There was a rooftop bar and the views were amazing. The staff at the bar were very knowledgeable and were so patient with our questions. Would 100% recommend this hotel and definitely staying here again when I head back to Hanoi.

The room is ok but toilet paper is not supplied enough , has to ask house keeper to provide more. The towels are little bit smelly. Breakfast is good and tasty. Even better than many restuarant in old town. Service is good.

Great location with perfect service and a beautiful roof top bar. Only thing that concerns me is that their towels smell funny...

Services are excellent. The staffs are friendly and caring. Facilities are good, the skybar had an excellent view. Food is decent but can be improved.

Nice hotel

在河內旅行錢包被偷了，沒辦法回國所以在這裏多住了兩天，這家酒店是我在還劍湖區域住的設施最好的酒店之一了，房間空間大，所有服務人員都很熱情並且英語很好，一樓的餐廳也很好吃，感謝Manh Dac先生陪我去警察局報警，還有Thanh Hang小姐的幫助，這家酒店很容易滿房所以價格容易漲的比較高，最好提前預訂，順便提醒其他朋友，在還劍湖一帶散步的話，保管好你的錢包和手機，最好將背包放在前面

Номер без окна на самом деле с маленьким окошком, выходящим на крыши, это порадовало. Сам номер очень чистый, как будто все новое. Очень уютный и комфортный, с нереально крутой кроватью и матрасами. Персонал, сервис, завтраки на высоте, полностью соответствует 5 заездочкам. Но… номера без окон находятся на 10 самом верхнем этаже и наш номер примыкал к лифту, над нами скай бар. Второе маленькое окошечко выходило в шахту, откуда был постоянный шум и грохот. Рядом с номером также находилась общая дверь, которая всегда хлопала и шумели люди. В номере был постоянный ужас, непрерывно работающий лифт, стуки, грохот сверху, как будто постоянно двигали мебель. Шум был со всех сторон. Мы специально взяли номер без окна, чтобы отдохнуть в тишине, но в итоге пришлось спать с берушами. Этот ужас прекращался только ночью на несколько часов, к 5 утра все начиналось снова. Просто не берите номер близко к лифту и ваше проживание будет идеальным.
