Good location, grand hotel with good facilities, indoor swimming pool is large, sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi included. Spa Center ok but expensive, breakfast is ok but a large group tour was there and so crowded during breakfast peak hour, we were upgrade to lake view room, attach photo so the lake view from room, super

Old but clean hotel. Lot of local business people staying there. Indoor pool is awesome. Lake view room is nice. Close to the pagoda and a nice cafe called Laika is a 5 minute walk. Bit farfor a walk to the old quarters, but taking a Grab car is easy, cheap and convenient. One weird thing when we were checking out and waiting for our Grab car, the concierge was trying to check the app to get specific details on our next destination.

Hotel is quite old but I believe it has been renovated in some parts. BF was good and there were varieties of choices. Hotel location is quite a bit out of center of city. Overall is good enough to stay.

Very old hotel. Our room's bathroom is also very... very... old. When shower, the water flows to the bathtub outside and the whole floor was water flooded!!!!!! We notified hotel. They sent a staff to clean the floor and left!!! We have to clean the floor each time after the shower. The slippers were not new, liked being washed and put them back in the cabinet. We have to ask for the new pairs. The faucet was old and not functioning well. The spoon in the drawer was sticky. I put it outside on the table and assume they will take away and replace a new one in the drawer. When we returned to the room after sightseeing, the sticky spoon was put back in the drawer!!! See photos. We had lunch, drinks, dinner and breakfast there and the food was so so. We also went to massage, my room was old and dark and... when I faced down, I noticed the massage lady used one hand to massage my leg and the other hand was playing her mobile! I sent comments to Pan Pacific Group website but nil response. I stayed at Pan Pacific Singapore years ago and was very satisfied. I was extremely disappointed for staying this hotel as it was my birthday trip (although I am a member of this hotel group but no room upgrade at all!).

The hotel has nice view of the west lake tay ho lake. Very nice and friendly staff but the location to old quarter need take like 20min drive
