clean-4, location for me it is far from old quater and center area so always calling grab :). If u want to calm and silence in hanoi, that is it. service not good but not bad, suggesting to improve the breakfast. Amenties old but fair

Excellent location right on the lake! Big areas and relaxing spot for swimming pool and enjoy the sunset. My only dislike was to take my heavy luggage all the way upstairs, no elevator.... Rather than that! We excellent quality for the price.

The location was good, central to many places in Tay Ho. The hotel staff was friendly and the services provided was great. They have a pool area overlooking the West lake which is stunning. My room had a balcony with a stunning lake view, spacious and clean. They also have an on site restaurant with some delicious food and drinks. They also have a mini golf course and other amenities. I had such a nice experience at this hotel and would definitely visit again.

I was already having a difficult time in Vietnam due to an experience with a dog. No fault of this hotel. I gave my trip a second chance and booked this hotel as a Final chance. I couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi in my room at all. I had to connect to the next room’s Wi-Fi and sit next to the wall as this is the only way it would connect.  I had to leave all my luggage downstairs as the lift was broken and I was put on the second floor. I was staying for a few days, but I felt like the lack of care and the cold hospitality and lack of Wi-Fi was not worth my time. No one offered to help bring my luggage upstairs. It was sorry it’s not working. Reception should’ve told you figure it out taking two suitcases up the stairs.  Underneath the stairs was a huge body of water and no water to prevent me from falling.  I had a shower in my room and booked my ticket out of Vietnam that day.  Besides this hotel, I thought Vietnamese people were very hospitable and kind.  I know I won’t get a refund.

Hotel is very old but room they give us was nice with lake view . Breakfast better skip due is not buffet and nothing to eat its just PHO and egg

โรงแรมค่อยข้างเก่า แต่ความสะอาดโอเค ไม่มีลิฟต์ บรรยาการร่มรื่น ไม่เหมาะกับครอบครัวที่มีเด็กเล็ก ไม่ค่อยปลอดภัยต่อเด็ก

호수뷰라고 해서 예약했는데 호수가 더럽고 호텔도 더럽다 침대는 축축하고 딱딱하다 특히 카운터에 있는 어직원은 아주 블친절허다

저렴한가격이나 호안끼엠 구시가지 그랍이용해야함 호안끼엠호수보다 더큰호수가있어 아침경치는좋타 옆에 수상골프있어 즐기기좋을거같음

ห้องพักสะอาดมากๆ ไม่มีกลิ่นอับ โล่งโปร่งสบาย อุปกรณ์ในห้อง มีกาน้ำร้อน ตู้เย็น ทีวี เครื่องช่างน้ำหนัก มีชุดคลุมอาบน้ำที่หนาและหนัก ถึงจะเก่าแต่สะอาด มีรองเท้าสำหรับใส่ในห้อง ในมีอ่างอาบน้ำ มีน้ำร้อน น้ำเย็น ที่ไหลแรง มีเครื่องปล่อยลมสำหรับเป่าผม มีกระจกขนาดใหญ่ และกระจกขยายสำหรับการแต่งหน้า มีแชมพู เจลอาบน้ำ แปรงสีฟัน ยาสีฟัน ที่โกนหนวด หวี หมวกคุมอาบน้ำ สำลีเช็ตหู บรรยากาศโรงแรม มีพื้นที่กว้างขวาง มีนั่งเยอะ มีการจัดสวนในลอบบี้ แต่เฟอร์นิเจอร์เก่า เนื่องจากเป็น open air จึงมีฝุ่นเยอะ อาคารไม่สูงแต่ไม่มีลิฟท์เช่นกัน 😅 มีที่ไดร์ฟกอล์ฟ ซึ่งไดร์ฟ ลงทะเลสาบไปเลย แล้วจะคนพายเรือไปเก็บ 😂

처음 배정받은 방은 위생 상태가 별로여서 방 교체를 요청했는데 바로 처리해주시긴 하셨습니다. 기본적으로 위생을 따지시는 분들께는 비추입니다. 다만 가격에 비해 조식 제공, 직원들의 친절도는 나쁘지 않았습니다. 골프 좋아하시는 분들이 많이 찾는 호텔 같더군요.

오래된 호텔이라 3층을 배정 받았는데 엘레베이터가 없습니다. 체크인할때는 직원들이 가방을 들어주지만 체크아웃할때는 가방을 들고 내려와야 한다는 불편함이 있어요. 화장실은 옛날 상태의 모습, 하지만 방은 넓습니다. 호수 뷰도 좋구요. 한적한 호텔을 원한다면 괜찮을꺼 같습니다.
