In particular, the assistance provided by Ms. Hong at the reception desk was consistently efficient and welcoming. Furthermore, Mr. Vu, the tour guide, demonstrated considerable knowledge and enthusiasm, enriching the overall guest experience during excursions. The resort is highly recommended for those seeking a tranquil and well-serviced retreat within a picturesque setting.

We decided to have our wedding at Melia Ba Vi and it was the best decision we ever made. We had our ceremony on the former Helipad location, which is a sort of classical fortress balcony with stone arches overlooking misty jungle mountains. It's even more majestic and romantic than photos can convey. The ceremony was managed flawlessly and everything was infused with the beauty of the resort, which really echoes and draws on the serenity and lushness of the environment. It's hard to describe. We just feel lucky to have had our wedding in such a special place and I can't stop looking at our photos. I only wish I'd gone through it all a little more slowly and taken even more pictures! Which is not to say that we were rushed... From start to finish, Linn Khan was an exceptionally thorough, patient and attentive point-person, which allowed us to somehow arrange, with no rehearsal or pre-visit, a perfect wedding from the other side of the globe. Thank you Melia Ba Vi, we were so happy with this day.

Excellent stay at Melia Ba Vi. Great location, food and, specially, staff. Being surrounded by nature definitely helps to disconnect from everything for few days. Rooms are big and very well appointed. Spa treatment was perfect, thanks to therapists Lan and Nhu. Will definitely come back!
