Best hotel to stay in Hanoi. Location is excellent. Rooms are clean and spacious for the price we are paying. Food is varied and enough to make me happy. I stayed in the triple room and checked in for a night before flying back. Luggage were left at concierge when travelling to HALONG bay for a night. Best to check in during weekends as walking distance to the night market. So many things to see and buy! I love the chiming of the bell of st Joseph’s cathedral next door. Visited twice. Architecture is stunning. View is even better at night. Walked to the lake and photographed by a professional photographer. Near to the lake is a mall which sells branded stuff. Fit-flop is available at the mall.train station is nearby too. Many coffee joints along the tracks. Can be an imposing situation!

What started off with a massive confusion turned out to be a decent stay. The number written on Trip.com is totally wrong! When my driver from the airport called it twice, the location the person on the other side of the line directed us to the wrong hotel, which meant I had to lug my luggage for about 15 minutes to another location on foot (not what you want with two suitcases). The humidity and dampness of the air didn't help that either...BUT....once I calmed down, it was decent. The room itself was nice, and good size for a single person traveling. It was a comfortable room and the bathroom was a very good size and comfortable. I think what made this a great place to stay was that is was very central and easy to get around. The main church in the city is literally less than 5 minute walk from the hotel, very nice stroll and narrow streets to walk through. I think this is a nice hotel to stay that is very centrally located and would stay here again. Also, the breakfast is small but very good! I did enjoy it very much!
