We really love this place and also the owner+staffs here. The rooms are clean and cozy. You can see the good view and the town. It's near the lake. It's a quite place. The staffs are helpful, friendly and can speak good english. They always there with the smile. We' d love to come back here again for sure.

Our stay was excellent. One small suggestion would be to add Netflix access on the TV for even greater comfort. Thank you so much!

A Hidden Gem – Unforgettable Stay at Evelyn House What can I say about this wonderful hidden gem called Evelyn Indochine Chic? The location is fantastic – close to the Old Quarter, yet far enough from the noise, dust, and chaos. The room was clean and new, well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and even had a small kitchen. Truly excellent value for money. But what makes this place a solid 5-star experience is the HOST. Absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. I received clear check-in instructions with photos, which made arrival hassle-free. The host also provided great recommendations – from the best money changers to reliable tour agents. I forgot to bring an adapter, and the host went out of their way to buy the exact one I needed. They were always available whenever I needed advice or suggestions. What really stood out to me was the message I received from the host, informing me that it was going to rain and suggesting I take one of the umbrellas provided by the hotel. Now that’s next-level service! If you are a solo traveler, you will feel very safe and well taken care of. If you're looking for a comfortable, value for money and quiet stay with exceptional hospitality, Evelyn is the place to be. My only disappointment is that our room is on the lower floor, the balcony is facing the roof of another building.

I really enjoyed my stay at Evelyn Indochine Chic! The room seems newly renovated and very clean, everything worked very well, and the view is beautiful. This side of the lake is definitely more quiet too, which much appreciated compared to the hustle and bustle of the north side. And you’re still a few minutes away by walking from all the major activities in central Hanoï. My host was also very friendly and helpful! He woke up at 2am to help me find the place and my room… thank you so much! 200% recommend for your stay in Hanoï.

Absolutely amazing! The host and his family are so kind and welcomed us during the stay with fruits. The place is clean (has an elevator) and the location is ideal if you like a quiet location (not like the old quarter). The host speaks English and is always reachable for any requests. He helped us translating and used his time to join us on our search for ao dai and photoshoots! We would 100% recommend this and if we go back this would be ideal for us again. The room is clean and comfy, everything just like the picture in the booking. The location is good for hang out, it’s the city central. The host is very very nice, they recommend us many place to eat and play. We love it. We booked 2 rooms. During the staycation we’ve created some trouble for the host, that was embarrassing, but the host just so nice and tell us what happened. Thanks for all this good experience

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The owner is incredibly kind and went above and beyond when I wasn’t feeling well, he personally took me to the emergency room and even offered me some medicine just in case. The hotel is located right in the heart of the Old Quarter, surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and local food spots. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I felt warmly welcomed from the moment I arrived. The hospitality and helpfulness here truly made a difference in my trip. Highly recommend!

Nhân viên ở đây rất nhiệt tình và dễ thương. Phòng ốc thoáng mát và sạch sẽ. Ban công nhiều ánh sáng. Và đặc biệt vị trí cực gần khu phố đi bộ và Hồ Hoàn Kiếm, cực kỳ thuận tiện cho thăm quan khu phố cổ, bảo tàng, Nhà Hát Lớn. Nhất định sau này khi quay lại Hà Nội mình vẫn sẽ book phòng ở đây. Đặc biệt bên mình còn được chủ home hỗ trợ giặt là miễn phí mặc dù mình hỏi tối muộn nhưng sáng hôm sau quần áo của mình đã được giặt sấy và để n*** ở cửa. 1000🫶🫶🫶

Быстрое и беспроблемное заселение. Новые апартаменты со всем необходимым, всё очень чисто. Очень удобное месторасположение. Большое преимущество - окна не выходят на улицу, только в аллею между домами. Рекомендуем!

住宿體驗非常好！！本來是衝著地理位置好和2025年新開店訂的，沒想到房間非常乾淨整潔，而且也挺大的，還自帶一個露天小陽台。雖然在小巷子裏不太好找，但是客服會提前email聯繫並貼心地附上實景照片方便住客找路，並且在距離大街非常近的前提條件下還能保持環境比較安靜。 最值得給五星好評的是老闆的服務！老闆很熱情，在email裏掃碼加上老闆的微信後，老闆會很貼心地給你介紹安利周邊的當地美食，我和朋友嘗過了其中幾家，味道都挺不錯！並且老闆推薦的店基本都在住處周圍，跟着導航走一段路就能找到。 店裡還自帶免費的洗衣烘乾服務，衹要提前與老闆聯繫並將衣物放在門口就會有人來取。沒有袋子裝衣服，我和老闆詢問要了洗衣籃也很快就放在門口了，基本上早上或中午給的衣服晚上就能拿到。 不過店裡房間偏少，需要提前早些搶訂。可以説在河內旅行的舒適感有一半是離不開店家的好服務！我和朋友都計劃著如果以後還要來河內旅遊一定會繼續訂這家店。祝老闆生意興隆啊😊😊

一進房間就能聞到香味，衞生也十分乾淨，相當於國內民宿酒店的樣子，但是比國內大部分民宿酒店要乾淨很多。老闆也很熱心，給你發送攻略，親切的打招呼，周圍的街坊鄰居也都很暖心，看我在大廳裏出了一身汗，還主動過來把風扇打開了。 由於我晚上坐火車來峴港，所以老闆還幫我寄存了行李，位置很好在還劍湖旁邊。衹是小巷子裏需要注意尋找一下，其他的都挺好的。Vạn sự như ý

酒店位置很好，在老城區走路幾分鐘到還劍湖，周邊有不少本地美食。到巴亭廣場、國家歷史博物館都很近。房間佈置舒適乾淨，遠離路邊的摩託車喧囂，也很安全。房東服務熱情，提供很多有用訊息。性價比高，是來河內旅行的好選擇。
