We have known the hotel since 2018 and it was great experience. 5 years later the infrastructure becomes older but the service is still fine.

The toilet spray gun (bidet spray)is strong with a tiny tiny spray flow that’s really hurt your sensitive body. The electric plug is really hard to plug your smartphone charger in. One day, we could not open our room’s door by using hotel card. The hotel operator said there was low battery on the door-lock and needed to recharge. The view from 7th floor is very good with balcony, you can see St.Joseph cathedral from there. The hotel operators are good service and very helpful with everything we asked.

Really nice hotel, friendly staff. Location really central, but super crowded as well. Waiting for cab/Grab takes quite long…

The hotel is situated in a great location. It's not a high-end luxury hotel, but the balcony room had a great view of St. Joseph's, the hotel was pretty clean and the service was very good. It's hard to beat this hotel for the price. And the front desk people were incredibly nice and helpful. Highly recommended if you're traveling to Hanoi on a reasonable budget.

Hotel is closed to many restaurants, all within walking distance. Rooms are relatively bigger than others at the same price. We asked for late checkout and the reception was very kind to let us check out at 2pm on the last day. Currently, they don't provide breakfast and so booking a room without breakfast is fine and have chances to try the local breakfast nearby. We are very pleased at staying there for 4 nights.

Overall very good experience the hotel is very good clean and well maintained

Phòng hơi nhỏ 1 chút. Nhưng vị trí vô cùng thuận lợi, gần phố cổ, bờ Hồ, đi bộ rất thuạn tiện. Xung quanh cũng rất nhiều quán ăn.

初の一人旅でしたが、ホテルの方が親切で大変助かりました。朝食は無料でお煎餅やバナナやとうもろこし茶をいただけます！

에어컨이 매우 약하고 덥습니다 지배인과 관리자가 서로 말이 달라서 여행첫날 에어컨때문에 여행도 제대로 못하고 힘만 뺏습니다 위치는 좋습니다

飯店有點老舊，但是地點還不錯，入住當天冷氣無法開啟，還是請工作人員處理之後才可以啟用，房卡一開始也失效，也是請工作人員用了好久才解決，但是地點是真的不錯，整體感覺還可以

毎日清掃して下さりアメニティの補充もしっかりしてます。ランドリー代は1キロ50,000ドンとやや高めでしたが問題ないです。スタッフも気さくでお優しく良かったです。お世話になりました。

ロケーションは非常に良いです。ハノイ旧市街やホアロー収容所など、歩ける範囲に観光名所が多くあります。中心都市の賑わいを味わいたければおすすめです。 数日間宿泊しましたが、初日に予約した部屋と異なる部屋に入れられたことは少し不満です。部屋備えのアメニティも毎日必ず何かが欠けていました。 部屋はわりと清潔です。 コンセントはマルチタイプ対応型で、日本のAタイプも使えます。ランドリーサービスは朝に出して夜に受け取りできます。 総合するとそれなりに良い滞在ができました。

위치는 하노이 호안겜호수 근처에 있어 도보로 현지 맛집 관광지 접근이 용이하다. 이틀을 숙박했으나 첫날은 창문은 있으나 옹벽에 막혀 답답한 저층에 방이 배정되어 매우 답답... 프론트 바로 옆방이라 소음에 그대로 노출... 이틀째 룸 체인지 요청에 바꾸어 주었다~ 호텔 프론트 직원분들은 꽤 친절하나 호텔에서 소개한 투어 관계자는 (호텔 바로 옆 좁은 통로에 책상 하나 놓고 영업함)상품 판매후 소통 불가.. 근처에 큰 투어 여행사가 많으니 개인적으로 알아보는것을 추천합니다. 청소는 나름 신경 써 주었습니다
