Era Apartment 158 Nguyen Khanh Toan

Sau khi ở 3 ngày thì mình thấy service chưa thực sự tốt. Cô lễ tân nhăn nhó và khó chịu khi tìm tên khách dù mình báo là cháu có đặt phòng trên app và cháu đến check in. Ở hôm thứ 2 thì mình bị dị ứng khắp người dù mình chưa có tiền sử này trước đây ( Sau khi về nhà thì mình lại hết các triệu chứng này 😅), báo lễ tân thay chăn ga thì thái độ hờ hững và mình phải gọi hotline xử lý. Sau trải nghiệm lần này, mình sẽ k quay lại thêm lần nào nữa

similar to other era apartments, sometimes the room is dirty. they obviously didn't clean the counter, floor, bathroom, dishes, etc. there's roaches, flying insects, and a lot of ants. i tried wearing the slippers and got tinea pedis. when i came back and rented another room, i smelled the slippers and they smelled disgusting. they said i can't wash my shoes there but i had to wash them to get rid of the fungus from their slippers. the washing machines and dryers are usually full of clothes. the employee leaves linens in the washer and dryer for hours during the day and usually leaves them overnight.  the ground floor has the lobby and the 8th floor has the washing machines and dryers. i stayed on the 4th and 7th floors. there were so many ants on the 7th floor that i think there's an ant hill on the 8th floor. on the 7th floor there was the sound of jackhammering on the ceiling but when i went to the 8th floor i saw no progress. it looks like half finished rooms and weeks later i didn't notice any difference. there are 2 or 3 places next door that do construction. they saw metal, hammer, and jackhammer regularly. i don't know what they build, it could be bike parts or tables or whatever, it doesn't matter to me. it's loud.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very understanding throughout my visit. The amenities provided were great, and everything was clean and well-maintained. I’d definitely stay here again.
