Want to highlight the location is super convinent, great community which has many restaurants/supermarkets/coffee shops/mall/hospitals/pharmacies… really can stay inside, no need to go out. And the owen is very nice and can solve my problem efficiently. Very recommend family, friends or even alone to live. Must boking again next time!!

During your stay, I did not see any complaints about hygiene. As soon as I checked in, I asked about my friends and received the answer that everything was good. In addition, if you go to the toilet and clog the drain by throwing paper in the toilet, we don't even force you to pay the fine. So sad about your review. The host is very great, he is so enthusiastic and cheerful. He help me has a great time in Hanoi. He also have Wechat, so it's really easy to contact with him. Further more the room is in very good condition, clean and fresh. Hope my review will be helpful to you. I will come back here next time

Tuy nhiên, bên em là dịch vụ tự nhận phòng, không biết cải thiện phục vụ như thế nào. 14:00 mới là giờ nhận phòng nhưng anh lại muốn thông tin mật khẩu từ sớm. Thêm vào đó, n*** khi anh nhận phòng, em đã hỏi anh rằng có vấn đề gì không để bên em khắc phục, nhưng anh không nói gì. Em không nhận được bất cứ phàn nàn nào cho đến khi anh trả phòng nhưng điểm vệ sinh chỉ có 3 điểm, thật là buồn và thất vọng. Đều là người Việt Nam nhưng hành động của anh thật khó hiểu. Xin lỗi anh nếu anh đã có trải nghiệm không tốt tại căn hộ bên em. Một lần nữa, cảm ơn anh vì đã lựa chọn dịch vụ của bên em giữa hàng ngàn dịch vụ tuyệt vời khác. Hẹn gặp lại anh!
