Best service ever, all the staff were amazing. Very attentive & helpful. It was definitely a memorable awesome stay. Very well recommended stay when in Hanoi. Location was good. Breakfast was good & Many eateries nearby.

Service by staff was excellent and hotel was located strategically in the old quarter. Room was clean and cleaned daily. We had a good experience at this hotel.

Room and Amenities: + Spacious and cozy room with two balconies. + Large, well-decorated bathroom. + Ample TV channels suitable for locals or even English-speaking tourists. + Ongoing renovations for future amenities (gym, sauna, spa) but there was no noise during the day. Location: + Strategic location near Hanoi Old Quarter. + Some noise at night due to the busy street, manageable by closing doors. Service and Hospitality: + Efficient luggage handling and placement. + Thoughtful gesture of complimentary local fruits upon check in. + Warm farewell and escort from staff upon departure, this was my very first experience that staff from hotel waved us upon departure. Kudos for this. Additional Features: + Parking available in the basement. + Decent breakfast with tasty pho soup, vegetarian-friendly. I recently stayed at Hanoi Lion Boutique Hotel and had an overall great experience. The staff, particularly the front desk personnel, were extremely helpful. They provided us with a detailed list of food places to try, categorized into different sections such as egg coffee, Vietnamese cuisine, pho, and bread. This was incredibly useful for exploring the local culinary scene. Additionally, I received a free coupon to try their unique beer bath, which was a pleasant and relaxing experience. Whenever there was any issue, the staff promptly addressed it in a polite and efficient manner. Shoutout to Amy and Justin!

The hotel's location is near to popular attractions and recommended dining spots. Service is commendable and rooms are tidy and clean.

excellent location, walking distance to many famous food outlets, 3mins walk to the famous train coffee place. inside the 36 street in the old town. good room size and very helpful reception

i like to stay in the old quarter.. Breakfast so so.. not special.. maybe can improve the range.. other things nothing to comment..

We had a couple of wonderful stays in March 2024 at the Lion Boutique Hotel. The hotel is right in the centre of everything in the Old Quarter and a clean, comfortable oasis. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the staff friendly & helpful. Special shout out to Miss Kim who went above and beyond to help us with some bookings. The staff arranged a birthday cake in our room which was a lovely surprise. Highly recommend.

My stay here was fantastic, really solid location and very hospitable staff. The room was very clean, shower was great, and the TV had Netflix, YouTube and even Prime Video access. Dylan and Rosie were super helpful checking in and out and even helped me exchange money at a reasonable price. Looking forward to staying here again!

Excellent location in old town, close to all major attractions. Local tour pickup directly from the hotel. Buffet breakfast has a lot of choices. There are also additional items to choose from. Staff are very helpful and provide nice suggestions and directions to interesting spots. Abundant food outlets in the area. A Michelin fish restaurant and a popular seafood stall on the next street are highly recommended. Will definitely look at staying here again when in Hanoi.

Initially, I booked a deluxe twin room, non-smoking, with an internal window overlooking the corridor rather than the main road. Upon arrival, the attentive hotel personnel kindly changed my room to a deluxe queen-size bed upon my request, a gesture that was highly appreciated. The room was a haven of relaxation, equipped with all the necessary amenities one could wish for. One standout feature was the sandalwood bath gel, which added a touch of luxury to my stay. The mattress and pillows were exceptionally soft, ensuring I enjoyed a restful sleep throughout my vacation. The breakfast offered was a delightful fusion of Western and Vietnamese cuisine, catering to a wide range of palates. From savoury noodle soup and comforting porridge to an array of fresh fruits, bread, coffee, tea, and juices, each morning was a gastronomic adventure. The hotel's location further amplified my satisfaction with my stay. Situated within the vibrant old quarters of Hanoi, it provided easy access to explore the rich culture and history of the city. We loved this hotel and would definitely stay there again. The rooms were clean (without any strong smells!:) and beautiful, the beds comfy and the bathrooms were well lit with enough space to put my things. I was concerned about street noise since we had a street facing room, but it was a quieter side street, so we slept just fine. (Also the air conditioner had a higher speed fan option for added white noise.) The breakfast staff were lovely and attentive, and there were a variety of local and Western items, all very good quality and delicious. The front desk staff person at check-in was efficient and professional, although not exceptionally warm or welcoming. The location was a in nice area on a street tucked away with hidden gems (Tranquil Books & Coffee (order a bourbon coffee--not on the menu but they'll make it for you); also a jazz club).
