I had a lovely stay at Hanoi Flora Hotel. The bed was super comfy and I enjoyed the variety of breakfast options. They even had NZ butter for the toast. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location meant there were options all in walking distance. Beer Street, Train Street and a lake to walk around in the mornings. Plenty of shopping options. Good reasonably priced hotel. I stayed on the 6th floor.

The stay was comfortable with good breakfast with hot dishes available.The location of the hotel is amazing, close to everything in Old Quarter within walking distance.

It’s in a great location, right by restaurants, bars and clubs. The room is basic but does a job of just having somewhere to sleep. Staff were nice and welcoming. My only negative is that in the shower, there is no place to put the shower gel and they put the shower gel in a ceramic dispenser. Unfortunately it fell in the shower as I was washing (there’s no place to put it) and the hotel charged me for damages. This is something the hotel should consider sorting out - put something in the shower for the shower gel to be kept. Or put the shower gel and shampoo in plastic containers to avoid breakages.

This hotel was in a great location if you want to stay in the old quarter. Within walking distance of all the things of interest. The staff are friendly and polite and the room and amenities were good. I would recommend this place and stay here again.

Very friendly staff, excellent location, comfortable room, good breakfast, not very good air conditioning.

Hotel is located in a very nice location and it makes travellers easy to get to most of the destinations within the old town. The price is quite affordable so nothing to complain about the hotel. Just one thing, please have a door to separate the shower room and toilet.

親切で朝食も美味しかったです。。。。 観光地の近くでとても便利でした。 朝食のフォーが美味しかったです。 ウェルカムドリンクのマンゴージュースも美味しかったです。

このホテルの最大の魅力はロケーションだと言えます。旧市街から徒歩圏内であること、夜も比較的静かであることにとても満足でした。朝食もとても美味しかったです。私たちは利用しませんでしたが、フォーや*料理などを特別料金なしで注文することが出来ました。施設は老朽化は否めませんが、料金と比較するとやむを得ない思います。 私たちはファミリールームを用意してもらいました。とても広かったです。スタッフもとてもフレンドリーでした。ベトナムあるあるですが、水回りはあまり良くないです。今後に期待です。

하노이갈때마다 이용하는 숙소입니다 위치가 너무 좋고 직원들도 친절합니다 이침조식도 가성비 좋고 청소도 청결하게 잘되어있습니다 다만 거격대비 방이 조금 작습니다

連絡先にメールを追加して欲しい。ホテルに空港までの迎えを頼んだが、見つけられず（手配されておらず？）自分でホテルへ向かった。 また、バスタオルの交換をしてくれたのはありがたかったが、1枚足りない日があった。 それ以外はスタッフの皆さんも親切で、ホテルの立地や清潔さはとてもよく、満足です。

ホアンキエム湖の北側すぐ近くの旧市街にあり、ロケーションは最高。部屋も比較的綺麗で、スタッフの対応もしっかりしています。朝食は品数が多いわけではないですが、フルーツも数品ありコストパフォーマンスが高いです。シャワーの出が若干弱いのですが、ベトナムのこのクラスのホテルではあるあるのレベルだと思います。勢いのあるシャワーが必要な人には不満があるかもしれません。私は十分でした。ただしシャワールームの床が滑りやすいので、備え付けのビーチサンダルを履いて入らないとちょっと危険かも。ホテルの前にある陶器屋さんはAmaiと同じもので、Amaiより安いです。

We stayed here for our family trip. The staff is very nice and helpful. One of the reception staff is very fluent in English and demonstrated very good hospitality and professionalism to us. She even helped us arrange for our Hanoi-Sapa sleeper bus and helped arrange our Ha Long Bay cruise. Apparently the hotel partners with sleeper bus providers and Ha Long Bay tour providers, so you just have to tell the hotel receptionist the date and time of your liking, and pay. The room is not very spacious, but enough for 4 people. Their breakfas is simple and good. Recommended!

Excellent little hotel right in the center of Hanoi old town. Easy walking to Hoa Kiem Lake, the Cathedral and lots of restaurants, cafes etc. Friendly staff, spacious comfortable rooms and a decent breakfast make this hotel a great choice for a stay in beautiful Hanoi.

Lovely hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent english (I wish my Vietnamese was as good!). Air con worked perfectly. Good quality rooms with proper showers, lots of plugs, dressing gowns, TV you can connect a HDMI to. Staff were so kind, when they found out we were going to the Ha Giang loop the manager very kindly offered for us to keep our bags in the hotel for several days until we return to Hanoi. Good cooked breakfast with lots of fruit, toast, noodles/fried rice/sausages and pastries. Would stay again (and have booked to stay again )! Female manager at the front desk was especially helpful and really made us feel so welcome
