Luxeden Hotel Hanoi anmeldelser

Hotel should have informed me that there were construction works done just near the hotel building. The noise was unbearable and it woke me up at 8am and kept me awake till noon. By then I have decided that I will switch hotel and ask for a refund for the next two nights of stay. They provided ear plugs but that would never keep the noise out.

Ughhhh…unfortunately this hotel was not for us…bad location, the building is old, the furnishes were like we are staying in a motel instead of a hotel.  Unfortunately our booking was the non refundable one. We didn’t stay. We left after checking in 15 minutes. We moved to another hotel around old quarter area. 

Could easily access to eating places and offices from the hotel. Room is clean and polite, helpful front counter reception. Have a very good variation and selection of breakfast.

酒店比較老舊，可是位置很好，酒店早餐非常簡單，出門兩邊吃飯的地方非常多，隔壁有家吃魚的很值得推薦，這個酒店標的是三星級，攜程上不知道為什麼是四鑽

酒店服務很熱情很好，酒店的早餐湯粉很好吃; 環境還不錯。 但是環境就是有點吵，每天早上六點多左右準時會有電鑽等一些施工的聲音，被迫早起 總的來説酒店從價格，服務，地理位置便利程度來説都很好。 Ps:酒店及酒店附近的那幾個銀行都不能兑換貨幣

호안끼엠에서 싼 숙소를 구했다가 도저히 안되겠어서 이 호텔로 옮겼습니다. 방은 넓고 냄새도 나지 않아서 쾌적했습니다. 프론트의 직원도 친절합니다

房間窗戶有兩個，而且位置相對很安靜，CP值很高, 附近的環境雖然不是非常好，但是只要小走幾步就可以看到相對的飲食攤位。 大約步行10分鐘，有一個大賣場。

구정이라 그런지 직원들도 많지 않았고 아침 식사 제공이 안된다고 하여 항의하였드니 식사비를 2인 200,000동을 할 수 없이 지불하더군요. 기분 좋지 않앟습니다.

不錯的旅館，地點很好，價格也合理，是一個不想住老城區的選擇，員工人都很好熱予助人，包括門口的保全人員也會幫忙開門，非常客氣。 房間也有保險箱讓人放心。

自助早餐很好，房間清潔不錯，附近食店，夜店及卡拉OK 林立，接侍處服務員態度熱情招待及英語水平很好，樂於幫助客人。

算是性價比很高的酒店了，房間大，乾淨整潔，就是有點吵，主要是後面工地施工，其他倒是沒啥，早餐很不錯，蒸的粉很好吃，服務態度很不錯

房間挺乾淨的。臨街窗户隔音性有待加強，白天稍微有點吵，晚上還可以。早餐挺好吃的。服務員態度也很好。總體來説還是挺滿意的
