We had a wonderful time, these units are so worth staying in, from the little touches like the excellent fudge left for us. To the lovely gas fire. They are spacious and well stocked, with a nice outlook. The couple whose units they are , are super helpful and kind. The price they gave us was super competitive. All in all it was a great experience. As we really wanted a restful time we chose not to have a service each day, no problem we were left alone to relax. (We even got some extra fudge) so kind.

We booked a two bedroom apartment - had a wonderful stay, plenty of space, very well appointed, had everything you needed, and more! Towels for the pools. Comfy beds. Warm and cosy. Great location. Couldn’t fault anything! Would stay again. Thank you!

After numerous stays at this establishment, our stay this time did not meet our expectations. Firstly we had to request the white robes which are normally in the apartments, then we found that the fridge was not turned on and when we managed to do so it continually beeped loudly. The manager attempted to fix the problem however was not able to do so, nor was the tradesman that came the next day. We were offered a chilly bin with a bag of ice!! We would think twice before re-booking.

Loved every aspect of this property. Location is great with spectacular views. Walking distance to all that we needed in Hanmer. The apartment was beautiful, well appointed, warm and comfortable. Staying here was a real treat. The hosts were helpful and lovely to deal with. Would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend.

I have stayed here a few times and it always impresses. Unlike many of the places I re-visited in New Zealand, they haven't increased their prices exorbitantly. Clean and comfortable, with great facilities and accessories. I will be back.

Spacious, clean, fire & heat pump, comfortable lounge overlooking the water and all kitchen amenities. From washing machine powder, bath robes, makeup remover etc, the apartment had it all. The whole experience has been thought through to ensure a relaxing holiday. Thank you.

Great stay. Appartments are very comfortable and immaculately cleaned. Beds are comfy and kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Great location to base yourself from for all the activities in and around Hamner and the hosts are super friendly. Perfect stay thank you.
