Hotel was nice and clean, staff were friendly and all amenities were provided
Location was super convenient as it was a short walk to surrounding tourist destinations and food places but was still secluded and not in a hectic/crowded part of the west lake.

The hotel’s location is near Westlake, about 10-15 minutes walking so it’s convenient for walking/ cycling around the lake. It’s far from metro so normally I cycle, take bus or Didi. It’s central so it’s easy to get around. The staffs at the hotel are super helpful, they walk me to a nice restaurant nearby as I don’t know the shortcut. There is free porridge, noodle at night. There are free laundry and dryer as well. The downside is the view, my room faces a wall.

The hotel service exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed with a beautiful surprise birthday cake in our room after a tiring day outdoors. Their kind gesture really touched our hearts deeply as there was also a handwritten note by their staff who wrote very warm wishes and sweet words to us. Our room was cleaned everyday and the fridge refilled with drinks for us daily by the nice housekeepers. The restaurant and front desk and lobby staff were very helpful and friendly as well. Love the location lots as it is at the foot of a serene hill and away from the main road yet within walking distance to the lake. The room amenities provided were definitely of good quality. We stayed on the 2nd floor and sometimes there would be people walking outdoors but the noise and lack of privacy was easily overcome by closing our windows and curtains. The restaurant has limited space but we enjoyed sharing a table and chatting with other guests during breakfast. There were many convenience stores along the main road too.
The only downside staying here was that most taxi or car hire drivers wanted to drop us off outside Qixialing Road which is very narrow so we had to keep assuring the drivers that there was ample space to turn their vehicles around at the hotel entrance

The man staff who work night ship of 7th Mar and then met him again morning of 8th March. He was very nice,has services mind.

I had amazing 2 nights stay in Nostalgia Hotel. What I loved the most was the kindness and helpfulness of the staf, they put effort to make sure we had what we needed. The hotel room was also nice, strong shower flow, complete amenities, and the location was nice too, it was in a beautiful neigbourhood, so calm and relaxing. I shall be back to stay in Nostalgia Hotel when I visit Hangzhou again.

We had a blast in our Chengdu hotel, so we booked the same brand for our Hangzhou hotel, and it was the best decision we ever made.
Location was near west lake su causeway entrance. We got bikes and just biked around the west lake.
Laundry room was free and big. Breakfast was simple but delicious. There is free snack in the room, free drinks as well. Congee and egg as midnight snacks too! We felt right at home here.
I forgot to mention, they have gym and playroom as well.
