This room is clean, minimalist, and quiet. And the location is perfect, close to everywhere (walk to metro 5 minutes, 2 minute bus stop) and food shop everywhere around this hotel. The building beside this hotel also has some tasty restaurants with affordable price. Near the hospital, pharmacy, easy to reach. And they change the towel and refill the amneties everyday! Nice!

this hotel is amazing. it is located on the top floor of the building. it has a magnificent view of the city and you can also see the famous landmarks from the room. it is a cozy stay. the receptionists and housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful. the hotel is also located near to popular attractions such as the west lake. it is well connected by public transport.

We really liked the service there. The front desk was really helpful when we couldn't find the hotel. They shared their WeChat and were also quick to reply every time I asked something. The room was really large with a nice view. The beds were comfortable. However the room didn't have enough place for clothes. Besides, although the rooms are non-smoking, we could constantly smell the smoke from one of the neighboring rooms. The location of the hotel is not bad, about 10-12 minutes walk from the closest metro station. Its not a walking distance from the West lake, but not very far as well. There is no sign or the name of the building. When you arrive there, find the door with "A" in it, once you enter, you will see the hotel lobby. Overall, we liked the hotel, it was really cost effective.

Was not expecting a small room that is not conformed to the photos provided by the hotel. The cleanliness is also not really up to standard.

Clean and well located hotel. The room is just big enough and didn't feel cramped. Reception don't speak English, which is to be expected but something for foreign travellers to be aware of.

Counter staff very accomdating. Easy to find food. Big supermarket opposite the road. Many buses to west lake. Nice room.

離開杭州的最後一晚了，選擇一間能晚點退房的酒店住 看到他們家性價比好像還蠻高的，試住下來也不錯 我選了個好一點點的房型， 房間方正好用，就是辦公桌那邊沒有插頭不方便 浴廁左右分開使用起來方便。 就是酒店是22樓單層，需要共用電梯不方便 就算夜晚了還是很多人用，但還好只有幾個樓層共用
