Stayed for a night, great service from XiaoYan & XiaoCheng! They upgraded my room for free and help me with my heavy luggages! Room is clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is also amazing, walking distance to the malls and famous West Lake. Restaurant staffs and security guard were nice and helpful too! Will come back again!

The hotel was under construction. I had to enter through an area that looked like the kitchen. No kind of luggage help provided, and the hotel didn't even tell me about the construction. My AC didn't work. They don't provide me help or a room change (it seems that they expected I sleep in this incredibly hot weather without AC ...). I had to manage all through Trip. And when I woke up, the AC was broken again! Heat air in this city? With this heat and humidity? Incredible ... not the best service at all. The front desk didn't even know what an international visa looks like. I understand you don't speak English (my Chinese is the worst). But if you accept international guests, at least know the basics. It's very frustrating to do others job. And the shower has this disgusting thing. Seriously, very sad experience in Hangzhou 😢😢😢

Location is very good and the decoration of the hotel is nice

Located right beside the mall entrance, but for travelling around have to go via underpass as there are no pedestrain crossing. Room was not that big but sufficient for a short stay. Clean and modern design. Soundprood was bad and can hear door opening/closing/ppl walking.

Pls don't book this hotel, it is not just bad but is the worst. Can you believe that the room doesn't have air cond at all. The end when I mentioned to the person "oh, you need to inform us when your room air-cond doesn't work". The services are really speechless, the end I saw comments from xhc mentioned that it needs to sign up like a yearly package then only have air cond services provided. That's why a lot of ppl open the door because the room cannot open windows at all. . The most important thing is when you bath the water will flood！！！ You cannot use their tower to control the water, what you can do is use your own town on the floor and request you bath nearby the wall. Why not just request clients don't bath le? Walao! They are unable to provide any of the best solutions way. The good comment is the cleaner aunty services are good and breakfast is quite okay also.

At room was a sauna but doesn’t work, in hotel for this money must work everything.

總得來説挺不錯的，房間床是比較軟的，睡得很舒服，樓層還有洗衣機，自助的，帶烘乾，出來要是住好幾天洗衣服也比較方便，衞生間的基本用品都有，毛巾浴巾也，很乾凈。還有前台小陳和小閆的服務很不錯，給她們點贊

酒店就位於，杭州市中心繁華的延安路，龍翔橋地鐵附近，大型商場環繞四周，休閑玩樂，購物吃飯，應有盡有，前台的小項和小丁服務不錯，且毗鄰西湖，步行衹要五分鐘，出門旅行的打卡好地方。

酒店入住體驗非常好的，前台小陳和小項的服務很熱情，樓底下就是很大的商場，出去玩也很方便，房間房間乾淨，設施設備也很新的，酒店開業不久，裝修風格很喜歡，性價比也高，出差的不二之選

首先，前台得服務態度特別惡劣，我明明定的是有早餐的房間，他非説我是沒有的。然後一直問我是不是一個人住，看人的眼神很奇怪，非常沒有禮貌 服務：很差。 衞生：房間裏面連拖鞋都沒有，花灑噴頭出來的水有一股臭味，放了很久才好。 環境：沒有窗户的，假窗户在走廊上，走廊上人來回走看的很清楚，完全沒有隔音。房間的詳情上並沒有説明。我差不多早上6點就被吵醒了。 早餐的東西也是少的可憐，味道也是極其的差
