Hangzhou West Lake Liuyingli Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Liyingyu Hotel in Hangzhou. The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting West Lake, with beautiful scenery all around and easy access to many of Hangzhou’s local attractions. There are also plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby, which made exploring the area very convenient. The hotel itself was very comfortable, especially the bed, and we slept extremely well. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Whenever we needed anything, they were always happy to assist. The combination of the beautiful surroundings, excellent location, comfortable rooms and lovely staff made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Hangzhou and would highly recommend Liyingyu Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located hotel near West Lake.

Excellent location , just by the West Lake. Great view of the lake and the hotel garden is very beautiful.

Beautiful hotel, exquisitely location on the lake. Very peaceful

Everything was good. The only thing could be improved is the room design. Prefer the closet is outside of the restroom with more drawers. The doorman Mr. Wu was awsome. Help us check in and out. Wonderful location and delicious breakfast!

The hotel boasts a beautiful setting and friendly staff, located right by West Lake—though the rooms are a bit dated.

The garden and west lake view is superb. However the room is a bit run down and facility is older.

This was absolutely a beautiful and must stay in Hangzhou. The view of Xihu from the hotel garden is a must!!! The staff were all super friendly and professional and exceptionally helpful. One of my wheels from the luggage fell out and they immediately helped me to call someone from maintenance to fix it for me. Everyone smiled, attentive (never had to ask something, they already knew what i wanted and offered to help), the breakfast buffet was amazing, the room was clean and comfy. One little thing that i didnt like was that we got a blocked view from our room due to the roof on the first floor. Would have been really nice if they told me that before check-in. But regardless, the rest of service, facility, food, and staff were all beyond exceptional!

Awesome location by West Lake. Great for viewing the sunset. Breakfast buffet was great- lots of fresh and delicious variety of foods. Ting was very helpful, coordinated a car tour of Lingyin Buddhist temple (this was a highlight for us) and the Longjing tea plantation. Thank you Ting!! We would definitely stay there again if we return to Hangzhou.

The location is great and the garden is beautiful
