I truly enjoyed my experience here. Friendly staff. Friendly ayi. They gave me plenty of water for my room. I enjoyed the late checkout. The room is very nice and comfortable and a great price. Foreigner friendly has well. Would highly recommend. The warmer time would be even nicer has it is a bit too cold for the pool at this time. 👍🏼 would book this hotel again. ❤️

Difficult to navigate inside the hotel, staff do not speak English. No lockers for changing clothes in the fitness area.

The hotel consists of 6 buildings connected by covered walkways, with clear directional signage throughout. Regarding the language barrier you encountered, we will enhance English language training for our staff to improve communication. Additionally, while our gym does have a changing room located adjacent to the fitness area, we appreciate your feedback and will ensure better visibility of this facility. Location is pretty far away from the city center, however the surrounding area has somewhat decent amenities (good enough restaurant options but still not that many + nearby park). Soundproofing is not the best as we could hear every movement in the hallways and lower floor and the bathtub in our room was leaky. The breakfast buffet options were substandard and using the money to eat elsewhere would be a better option.

Landison Plaza e-fashion hotel was in a great location close to the Subway and Speed train station and mesmerisingly beautiful park, lake, the moat and Linping Grand Theatre is all in very close proximity. The staff was very helpful and the hotel was kept clean. The choice of restaurants in the hotel and in close proximity was great.

Amazing.! I had a great stay here with my friend. Everything is just top notch, the rooms are spacious. They cater for Chinese and Western people.The food, the SPA.. the pool is clean( even though it opens at 16h00 and closes at 20h00) Everything is just breath taking. The service is great, the staff is helpful all the time. They're true representatives. Their website pictures are definitely what you will see or even more. Need I say more?

I've been into hotels before but this one takes the cup. Its so beautiful, It's clean inside and out. The food there is amazing and the staff is so friendly, they helped us with our language.

旁邊劇院剛好活動，有點吵了，不過除此之外，都非常好 設施：21年建的到現在還是非常乾淨，裝潢大氣，下次可能會把會議安排過來 衞生：大堂走廊房間都沒有明顯瑕疵，玻璃和杯具還是比較乾淨通透的 環境：如果沒有活動，旁邊的大劇院、小鎮、湖，都是非常好的觀景的環境 服務：感覺非常好，服務非常好很親和，旁邊活動噪音的事情也在入住時事先告知了，走在酒店也會有在忙的員工過來打招呼，很有分寸但熱心的感覺 房間的裝潢和厚底的「拖鞋」實在感覺驚艷和大氣，悄悄送來的水果總是一種被關懷的感覺，這家酒店絕對值得更好的評價

非常滿意的一次入住體驗，前台給免費升級了房型，房間超大，設施很新，入住前都安排好水果和潤肺茶，前台小姐姐非常熱情，一直帶我們到房間，還要幫我們拿行李，參加臨平半程馬拉松，起終點在酒店門口，零距離，性價比超高，下次來還住這裏
