I live nearby and stayed at the hotel about 2 years ago. I wanted a little staycation again, and I’m glad to say that it’s still a great place to stay at. The hotel is clean and tidy, bed comfortable. The service staff and front desk are absolutely helpful and accommodating.They always have a smile and are willing to help.
I ordered room service, the food was good and the order took only 30 minutes. Breakfast was delicious , but the variety of pastries were limited this time. However I enjoyed everything and ate every bit of breakfast, the breakfast hosts were lovely and made a yummy hot latte.
Something to note, is that the pool is managed by a 3rd party so they do have swimming lessons in the evening. I still enjoyed myself at the pool and look to join the swim classes soon.
For foreigners looking for western food, you can find
Commune/ meToo cafe ( hauxia) / wagas etc. around the area, it’s a nice place to walk around.

Unable to use pool or gym as classes were taking place. As the fitness area is managed by a third party, potential guests should be informed in advance of times they are unable to use facilities. Personally, I would have booked a nearby hotel. Breakfast was good, however some food was not fresh.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at! Such great service and the best pool we have been in for a long time. Great comfy beds and bathtub! They spoke to us so nicely and made us feel special as it was my husbands birthday they gave him a cake and gift and even gave our baby a gift too. Really good breakfast variety too

本來對於皇冠 萬豪 喜來登這樣的品牌已經不太重視了，沒想到來這裏辦事住的酒店，這麼翡翠喜歡，房間很好很奢華，用的東西都很好，早餐的品質相當的好，每樣都好吃，芝士的品種十分齊全。前台bella富翁非常好,人美心善，因為她而平添這次旅行的愉悦感。

國慶第二站～想去玉鳥集～杭州國家版本館～良渚博物館～西溪濕地公園～所以在倉前區選擇住宿～然後看見了這家評價很高的洲際旗下的（説實話我沒看中，衹不過那個地區能選擇出來的，分數好評如此之高，我就好奇了），就選定了這家～
果然沒有失望～但也有改進的地方～好好來説説～在這裏感謝一下95後的妹子孫宇威～很負責任的姑娘～對工作生活都很有激情～
房間景觀：
景觀是沒有～我住1622～房間是個套房～格局很奇怪，不過住了四天，發覺也看習慣了～
衞生基本OK，除了沙發縫裡有垃圾～他們也及時來處理～設施還挺不錯，他們電視機有一個點播，裏面都是動畫片，免費看，這點倒是給我們省點事兒～小孩子看的不亦樂乎～
游泳池：
是外包的，消毒水味道和濃郁～所以住6層的住客介意的話，就定房間時備註避開6層～
位置交通：
景點都很方便～開車都是20分鐘心內～
早餐：
我個人認為還是很一般～品種挺多～但味道可圈可點～在人流量多的情況下，鮮榨果汁都變成了複合果汁～酸奶都變成了蒙牛酸奶～然後就是基本上門口貼着不能穿一次性拖鞋進場～但我發覺都沒有阻止～那門口的告知都是擺設～還不如不要放，“不能本着放着，但不管，萬一出事就客户自己問題的想法”。
整體我住下來還是不錯的～酒店也很用心～為了國慶，迎接親子家庭，特地搞了個不專業的小童樂園（並且要簽署免責條約），但是據我觀察，簽好之後，也沒有工作人員在旁邊督促～（在這裏我還是要提醒不要本着簽了，就沒我事的想法在）～然後check in的時候都有手工小禮物給小朋友～酒店的用品和水還是很low的～對了這裏的行政酒廊是擺設（因為成本關係不開放，但我認為，人流量居多的情況下，應該可以來放出來）～服務還是很不錯的～對了這裏的中餐廳我提一句嘴：堂吃打折～包廂低消1500～洲際會員打9折～酒店因為沒有行政酒廊的事，會送現金券90元（可抵扣）～

酒店地理位置還挺好的，附近地鐵站，商場都有，吃飯逛街都挺方便的，酒店辦入住的話是在五樓，整體裝修都還挺好看的，辦理入住的小姑娘也很熱情，名字是Cherry和Stella,印象很不錯，酒店衞生打掃的還可以，挺乾淨的，床品什麼的也很舒服，整體體驗下來就都還挺不錯的，下次來餘杭還會選擇這家酒店的
