Clean room, good location and excellent service

The rooms are nice and clean. Front desk services (Stephanie) was very helpful. In all, good stay!

The service of the hotel is very good. The handsome boy named Neil at the front desk upgraded us to a river view room. The Fuchun River is very beautiful. Thank you, handsome boy.

Pros- great view of the river (got upgraded to a river view room), all the staff was so friendly and a lot spoke English, asked for ice twice and it was promptly brought up to the room, decent options on the breakfast buffet (especially if you’ve been in China for a while), an outdoor pool (unfortunately closed due to COVID, a bathtub, a buffet dinner located in the hotel lobby, hotel was clean and well maintained Cons- (for Westerners ) beds were not the hardest I’ve slept on in China but not the softest either and the AC in the room was not able to be controlled individually. The room was rather hot and at times uncomfortable

杭州富陽國際貿易中心大酒店絕對是我推薦給大家關注的酒店，特別是這個酒店東吳夜泊類型的房型，是2023年重新裝修的。房間寬敞明亮，裝修現代感強。酒店整體上還是以客户為中心，服務熱情、設施完備、早餐豐盛、大堂氣派！預訂的是東吳夜泊市景雙床房，到酒店後給升級為江景房。酒店離江邊很近，早上在房間裏就可以看日出！酒店還提供了一個意外的驚喜—免費提供了擦車服務。在此，特別感謝前台服務人員和負責安全服務的孫同志，感謝你們的辛勤付出！

房間是老式的裝修，空調很熱，幸好有窗，江景房景色不錯。服務很到位，也很滿意，所有服務員無論客房，餐廳還是中餐廳的都非常熱情，還有歡迎水果和自製的綠豆糕送，小冰箱裏的兩聽飲料和一小包薯片也是免費的；早餐豐富，也比較用心，連牛肉粉絲湯，皮蛋這種食物都有……中餐廳除了比當地的均價貴些外，沒有任何槽點。 唯一吐槽的是老式裝修，鏡子太多，半夜起夜睡的迷迷糊糊會被嚇到。

正宗的老牌五星酒店，位置優越，酒店門口就是富春江邊的步行道，自駕停車方便，房間設施齊全，舒適，整潔，乾淨，服務態度很棒，早餐品種豐富

酒店服務很好，春節期間讓人心情很好，三樓餐廳的味道很好，早餐很豐富，房間正對富春江，景色很美。離店前配合做了一個小調研，還被送了一袋伴手禮，非常好的體驗，推薦

位置很好，面對非常美的富春江，酒店服務優秀，衞生很好，年味很足，尤其喜歡酒店的早餐，跟萬豪 希爾頓 洲際那些比起來，更接地氣 更好吃也很有江南味道

很滿意！設施齊備，衞生清潔，環境優越，服務温馨。下次還會考慮住這裏住。

這次入住體驗非常好。升級了江景房景很美，服務一流，房間乾淨整潔，尤其沖涼的水特別好。早餐也豐富。值得推薦。

酒店正對着江，房間很寬敞，被褥都是乾淨清爽的。晚上還送了點心，綠豆糕口感挺不錯。白雲小姐姐還詳細介紹了周邊的景點和美食。早餐種類夠多,中西餐都有,新鮮程度也很好，沐浴露味道很好聞，點贊。
