Overall, a very positive experience staying here. Location-wise - moderately convenient, as it was a short walk to train station, shopping centres, tourist attractions, eateries etc. Good for working out all those extra calories from eating. Service - the service staff were very friendly and helpful. As foreigners visiting for the first time, they helped lots! Thank you! Facilities - Really made use of that washing machine, and the reception lady provided us with washing powder too! Plus a large balcony for drying the laundry meant that we didn't have to bring so much change of clothes. Nice view of the lake and surrounding buildings..... watching the misty rain..... Morning came early, like 3am, where it was bright.......

The location is great, value for money. The reception was very nice and helpful. They accommodated us when our flight was delayed.

2nd time we arrived here and also suggested to my friends last year when they had a business trip in Hangzhou. Its very near CBD and subway station

Cleaniness-The room quite dusty on the floor and furniture. Bedsheets quite clean. After shower, the bathroom floor get very wet with puddles of water and slippery.Our toilet can't flush, informed the cleaning aunty, she said not her responsibility, we need to wechat to communicate with the reception counter to request for help. The shower head came off on our last night also. Amenities - very complete, got slipper, toothbrush set, comb and there is a washing machine in the bathroom, very convenient. Microwave oven, fridge, full length mirror. Location - good. 5min walk to a street with local food, claypot lamb stew, skewers, halal food, mixue, open even pass midnight. Opposite there is a night market, can get some AA bags, manicure, tshirts, lady clothing, shoes, phone accessories. 20min walk to the shopping mall full of anime items, cosplay and miniso full of lovely items.

The location is good and it is not too far from the lake.

It was awesome, the location was ideal and very near to west lake. The view from 18th floor was also amazing.

Location: F&B are located close by. There is noodles soups available for breakfast along RenHe Road (仁和路), RenHe road is right where this apartment is located. The name of this project is DongFanJinZuo (东方金座) Cleanliness ：Though there are signs of age, but the place is very clean. Service : I did not request for any further service after check in, the only service I received was from level 5 - ok, not bad, quite nice. Facilities : No comment as I only stayed for a night, did not check or use any facilities here. CHECK IN PROCEDURE: 1) Register at the lobby, the staff will send you to level 5 for official check in via the lift card. 2) Check in was fast, within 10mins all done. 3) use the lift card REMARK: 1) after we got the keys, we went to our room at level 16, the corridor is dimly lit. 2)there is no bedroom slipper found in the room, luckily, I bought mine along. If you are here only to sleep, not expect any 5 stars service then this is fine to stay.

The location was perfect, near to west lake and scenic area. A lot of halal restaurants nearby. Room decoration is good but the wifi wasn’t working. Overall a good deal.

Location: 10min walk to Longxiangqiao station Building is undergoing some construction work. Room: nice size room with dated fixture

Service staff was very helpful in our needs and inquires. Location is great as it is within walking distance of public transportation and eateries. It is also not too far away from the city centre and West Lake.

It’s ok and valuable for visiting in hangzhou you can walk to xihu about 10-15 mins. There is mini night market in front of the hotel. You have to check in on 5th floor first(building A) but your room on building B

The building is about 10 min walk from train station and easy to find following Baidu map but there was not signage about the Apartment at all from outside. I recognized the building from the product photo so we went in to ask. There seemed to be several apartments so find the right one. Check in on Building A 5th floor. Our unit was in Building B. Service staff was very obliging and we put in requests through Wechat. The only complain was the dusty furniture and floor as it was quite a lot for the cleaning staff maybe. The shower booth was also quite tiny but heater was great. There is a counter at ground floor selling day tours if you need.
