Excellent location, walkable from HGH airport. Excellent view over the runway, from my room! Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at several Manju hotels before and usually have a decent experience, but this particular location really fell short. The cleanliness was noticeably lacking, and it felt like attention to detail wasn’t a priority. Possibly because it’s near the airport, it seems more geared toward quick transits rather than comfort or quality. Even though I was entitled to a late checkout, I didn’t even wait—I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible. Compared to other Manju properties, this one was by far the worst. Definitely not the level of hospitality I’ve come to expect from the brand.

I stayed in the hotel last night and was very impressed with the courteous service of the hotel staff. They allowed me to have a late checkout at 2pm so that I could go into the city to visit relatives without massive luggage. But one thing I want to remind the following travelors: better to take the Airport Shuttle Bus Route 1 or Route 3 at T3 or T4 instead of walking along the road for safety reasons. I walked on the road at night as I didn't know I could take an airport shuttle bus and would not recommend this walking practice for future reference. The breakfast was wonderful and itself was worth the price of the hotel night!

It's a very good location to stay for early flight or reach Hangzhou late at night. The room is spacious and theres a 24hrs convenient store beside the hotel. The disappointed part is the hotel stated free airport pick-up provided but at last inform too late and no service already. However, there's a free shuttle to reach the hotel. Therefore, it is still recommended to stay if you came in late and want to find a hotel to stay overnight before travelling to Xihu area.

Hotel has a good location five minutes walking from the terminal 4 of Hangzhou International airport. The room is spacious and clean. I didn’t eat the breakfast there but appears that don’t have many options of western food.

I SLEEP THIS HOTEL JUST 1 NIGHT WATING FOR MORNING FLIGHT TO THAILAND. HOTEL SERVICE IS GOOD ANOTHER IS IN HIGLEVEL STANDARD.

Near airport, very convenient and have a free service transfer from airport to hotel just inform the hotel before you arrive at the airport, they will pick you up at the airport. Suitable for the one who have a late night flight or very early morning flight.

Staff is very responsive, patient and polite. Able to arrange Airport arrangement at 1230am. 5min the staff came and pick up. Room is clean, spacious and quiet. Shower is also good. Bed and pillow are comfortable. Really value for money.
