It was fantastic, the best hotel in Hangzhou. Staffs are friendly and kind. Meals are nice. Soundproof 100%. Very clean. Lovely view. Will stay here again next time

Wonderful hotel. Quick service. We had city view room but the view was still very nice. Quick walk to get to the river to see the lights, Raffles shopping mall is 10 mins walk, subway is 10 mins walk. There is a lovely park near the hotel as well.

Located at CBD area which is quiet. Room was big and clean. Leo, the front desk officer was super helpful during check in and answered all our questions very well.

wonderful experience overall. One of the highlights for me was the location — the hotel sits right on the river, and the view from my room was absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset. Waking up and seeing the river right outside my window really made the stay special. The hotel is in a great area for walking. It’s an easy stroll to the Hangzhou Grand Theater, and I really enjoyed walking along the river boardwalk, which is just steps away. Several large shopping malls, like MixC and Raffles City, are also close by, which made it very convenient for shopping and dining. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with a large bathroom and a super comfortable bed. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were professional and helpful throughout my stay. One thing to note: the lobby bar closes fairly early and feels more like a restaurant than a true bar. If you’re looking for a late-night drink in a lively bar atmosphere, you might need to head out to nearby places.

Outstanding hotel. Great for business trip as well as family stay. Everyone helpful. Nice rooms. Excellent breakfast. Pool was rather small even thou indoor pool. Would be nice if it was heated pool. Overall would come back and stay again. Thank u marriot.
