Hotel is located in King East Business hotel, you need to go 12th floor A Building for check in and your room will be at B Building.

It was a very bad experience. The room was all dirty and old, furniture was broken and repaired with tap, or not fixed at all. The service from reception was horrible, very rude and not helpful at all, it seemed they were laughing at us when we were trying to get another room. We asked for a complaint form and they just laughed. I don't recommend this hotel. Horrible experience.

The room is in building B. But we need to go to building A to check in. Basic room for family’s needs. Direct view to West lake and close to bike rental. Cleanliness is just basic, lots of dust at the corner.

Very good location, good view of Hangzhou. Have washing machine in room to use. Only need to go upstair to meet receptionist and then get key card tgere

Very great location! There’s a night market right below the hotel and in just 20 minutes or so you can walk to west lake. Just hope the weather isn’t rainy…The room is also very nicely organized and the staff are extremely friendly!

I recommend this hotel for family, it’s close to shopping mall and metro, they also have washing machine in the room !

兩面大窗户，可看杭州市區城景。 西側可看西湖、雷峯塔、 交通還是很方便的，距離in77走路十分鐘左右，估計飯店和水果店都有

到杭州市看西湖，酒店公寓距離西湖比較近，步行十分鐘即可到達，騎共享單車三五分鐘即到到達，酒店服務人員服務態度很好，房間設施齊全。

房間很大很乾凈，服務熱情周到，性價比高出差首選

地點很便利，訂的房間附有洗衣機，但是沒有提供站立式的晾衣架，晾曬衣服非常不方便，床比較硬，其他方面都還行。
