Very cosy and comfortable stay. Staff is friendly and willing to help. The lobby location is at level 7. Has convenience store at level 1. Unable to comment much on bus/subway since majority i only use didi.

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable with a washer in the bathroom. The hotel apartment is located near the XiHu lake attraction and many branded shopping malls around, in addition the train station is close by hence travelling is very convenient.

The location is 10 minutes from Westlake and after a long day, it seems quite far. But we got the room early and can wash our clothes everyday. Overall it is a good stay.

Excellent location! Walking distance to metro station, wulin square market, wulin night market, family mart, restaurants, etc. Clean room with complete amenities including a 2 in 1 Washer-Dryer. Friendly and Superb front desk services, for our conveniences, they assisted to free upgrade our double room (which was originally assigned in another block) to triple room which is larger in size and within the same block of reception counter.

Convenient location to go to West Lake and main shopping malls with many choices of good cuisine. The apartment rooms were spacious and well lit. Microwave and washing machine provided. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Cheap and is very near to XiHu, walking distance. The room is cozy and comfortable.

Strategical good in terms of location. However the receptionist is not that friendly during the check in and check outs. Room is big spacious but there are rooms for improvement for the cleanliness. 10 minutes walk to the XiHu

The check-in counter is on a different building with the room and quite hard to find. The room itself was not as nice as the pictures.

Great place to stay. About a 5 min walk from the metro and shopping area.

Great hotel! Great friendly staff . Great view ,lighting and air condition during winter! I never felt cold during my staying. Only bad thing is that the hot water will not last too much when taking a shower! But is still enough for relaxing. And by the way, the room had a big table which was perfect for doing my job everyday!

Room is big and metro and shopping street is within 8 to 10 mins walk. Alot of eateries nearby. Within each room, comes with washing machine which is convenient for family travellers.

A bit confusing as you need to go up the elevator of the building to find the check-in desk which is on a different floor than where the rooms are. Location is fine. Beds aren’t as soft. Has some kitchen appliances to use.

It was nice for the price. Right next to a night market and lots of food. My room was on the 5th floor and it was quite loud late at night and in the early morning. My friends staying on the 9th floor had no such issues. So if you can, I’d ask for a higher floor. Overall, good experience 👍🏻 The hot water and the water pressure was great.
