Best hotel i stayed in Hangzhou, the service was excellent and all of the staff were super nice and friendly. Help a lot with information and very great attitude from the manager as well. Will definitely come back here again.

Very strategic location,close by the westlake. Just couple of minutes walking from the station. Staff are very very friendly and helpful. So happy with our visit.

Had a family trip here in Hangzhou. I highly recommend Ren He Hotel as the location is amazing. I booked the room with the lake view and the view is worth every dollar. Will come back to this hotel again when I'm back here in Hangzhou! Thank you to all the staff for the great service and help!

Super strategic location. A few steps away from West Lake. Though we find some challenge finding. But no worries, just loom for Honeymoon Dessert store and there is an alley to access the frontage of hotel. Good food, good location, clean and comfotable rooms!

Fantastic hotel. Very convenient to everywhere. Shopping and west lake is just around the corner. They provide tour which is a plus. All staff are friendly and accommodating. If I ever revisit. I will stay again. Thank you!

this hotel was great!! prime location near a bustling shopping street, with quiet surroundings in the night. bathroom is separate and there are two shower heads!! the service is amazing too, we got hot water at the front counter during check in after a particularly cold night.

very good customer service. the recommended West lake tour with driver is very affordable. Just walk out is the scenic area. Around the Yin Tai malls so lots to shop and eat. definitely recommend here. but note that laundry room has operating hours so need check before washing.

Great service by the hotel staff in helping to arrange the private car for sightseeing and even help to get superglue for us and delivered to our room when my friend broke her spectacles.

Room was spacious for our family for 4 and bed was very comfortable. There is even a partial view of West Lake from our room. Staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast buffet choices are good and food is delicious. As the hotel is located within shopping district/pedestrian streetwalk, you will need to walk about 5 min to the pick-up area to board a taxi.

RenHe Hotel is not only situated right beside popular West Lake, and right at the start of the Pedestrian Shopping Street with lots of food to choose from. Booked a family room, which is very spacious and clean too. Definitely worth the price. A window view of the West Lake for your reference. Counter staff (ie Xiao Zhou) has been very polite and helpful. The hotel staff are generally proactive and professional. Only setback will be that the hotel outsourced the breakfast, which is below average standards. Frankly, I rather order MeiTuan which is more worthy. With that, this hotel is equipped with Delivery Robot to deliver the food delivery to your doorstep. In retrospect, my family (especially my boys) and I really enjoyed our stay here. Hangzhou has beautiful weather most of the time. We will be back again to RenHe Hotel Hangzhou.

Very good locations, just next to the Xihu and IN77, perfect location. I orders 2 rooms which two of them combined together. It’s a very ideal hotel for family. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very central location in HZ old town area. Convenient to West Lake and train stations

Very great experience. Clean and neat. Good customer service. Worth staying. Right in front is westlake and behind is the main shopping district.
