Requested for the early check-in and the hotel readily accepted. Furthermore they provided a complimentary upgrade from Family Loft to Parent-child Family room , which was very spacious and came with a bath tub. The hotel receptionist & housekeeping were very attentive and helpful at all times. Just a little odd quirk was that they initially wanted to hold onto our passports for check-in - which was understandable for the local government's regulations (which could be tedious & a slow process) - until check-out. We politely declined to surrender our passports, offered that they could snap images of it. To which, they respectfully accepted this other means of verification. Everything else with without a hitch. Love it! Thank you🙌🏻

One of the best hotel experience. The room is big and comfortable, the bathtub and the shower are super nice. And the small living room makes the room even more interesting

The rooms are okay. Bit awarkared as I had to take stairs to from 3rd floor to.4th floors. Would not recommend with travelers with luggage. Towels were old ripped.

非常滿意，孩子很喜歡，房間衞生環境不錯，而且客服人員小英小容態度非常好，還有洗衣房很方便，非常推薦，下次來杭州還會選擇這裏！

房間門的反鎖是壞的！而且沒有鎖門的那個鏈條！衹有一個小小的別著的東西！一拉門都能有縫！要真使勁估計都能拽開！還不給換房間 工作人員説是鎖的卡槽太老 鎖不住，鎖不住不會換嗎？這是安全問題！隔音也很差 半夜天花板總傳來軲轆聲！一晚上都不敢睡覺！訂的還不是最便宜的房間 住過最差的一次酒店！

環境非常好，衞生收拾的很乾凈，裝修很雅緻，空間很大，服務很好。交通方便離地鐵很近。但是中午保潔阿姨洗地毯聲音有些打擾人午休了。

房間很好，離地鐵站不遠，第一次從地鐵站拖箱子過來就麻煩點，以後出行五百米就不是事了！往地鐵站那邊有幾個早餐店！

酒店位置剛剛好，不僅出行方便，周邊也有很多小吃 貝貝服務很棒 入住首推

酒店就在杭州銀行旁邊，我每次過來出差都住這邊，房間很大很乾凈，前台幫我升級了房間，服務很好，雖然沒有早餐，但是也周邊吃早餐也很方便，旁邊一個叫富陽什麼的早餐店味道就很不錯，總體性價比很高

酒店出行方便，地鐵建國北路e1a口出來很近，去西湖很方便，就是五一人太多了，房間還不錯，有個很大的落地窗，洗手間也很大，房間很乾凈很舒服，婷婷服務態度很好，性價比不錯

房間是一如既往的整齊乾淨，一直住這家酒店，性價比高的酒店。這麼多年了保持的狀態還是感覺比較新的。前台也很熱心。

房間衞生打掃挺乾淨的，環境很好，地鐵站很近，去西湖很方便，木木很好給我推薦了附近的景點
