Not so good experience during check in. Firstly, Inexperienced reception and keep looking down & pressing at her phone despite i was clarifying something with her. Secondly, having breakfast at 930am left not much food & restaurant crew had started to turn off restaurant lights around 950am which made me feel unwelcoming. Thirdly, i have requested additional 3 bottles of drinking water for me to boil hot water for my tea, reception counter told me “you have 2 bottles inside your room. As cant give you more otherwise hotel will need to charge you”. Lastly, cleaner did not wash my tea cup and just put it back to where it’s belongs. Additionally, there is no glass door inside bathroom. Water splashing around and wet floor.

It was the second stay at this hotel. The location is perfect - close to the downtown area and just a few stops away from the train station. Standard rooms have everything needed, and the most important - a very comfortable bed. My room looked exactly as in pictures.

The AC didn’t work. When I called to ask for a room change, they sent a drunk man to come yell at me and try to turn the broken AC on.

Hotel could do with updating breakfast didn’t start until 7am which was too late for me as I had to leave by 6:30

Wow ! This hotel went far and beyond with my expectations. Location is great if you are visiting g HZ for fun party and shopping. Price was cheap. Staff service is very friendly and some of them speak English. Rooms are like new! Very clean, beautiful and comfortable. I stayed only for one night to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and they decorated the room and left some juice, water, rose petals and 2 stuffed cute rabbits for us. I will definitely come back.

房間出乎意料的好，寬敞明亮，很乾凈，浴室也非常大和乾淨，出水還非常大，洗澡非常舒服，性價比非常高。起先看中的是地理位置，緊靠着西湖文化廣場，酒店旁邊就是運河，環境不錯，鬧中取靜，酒店的管理和環境倒是給了我一個驚喜！

維也納一如既往的超高性價比，位置便利，去哪裡都很方便，周邊有銀泰，大運河，杭州中心，都可以逛逛，居住舒適，房間乾淨，空調給力，冬日的夜晚也很温暖。早餐豐富，片兒川和糯米燒麥好評，早餐餐廳在二樓，稍微有點冷。

酒店位置很好，離杭州東站很近，地鐵2站就到了，出去玩的話打車或地鐵西湖景區和市中心也都很方便。 房間乾淨整潔，早餐也蠻豐盛的，這個價格和位置和很不錯了！

前台經理給我辦的入住，用時三位客人都在辦入住，別人購買跟我一樣的房型，別人能升級，到我就説沒房了。給我最差的一間房，就在電梯口，半夜三更一幫酒鬼回來在門口説了好久的話，電梯聲音上下、關門的聲音吵**。我不認識其他同時入住的.因為是一起上的電梯，他們在電梯説給他升級了。可能看我是外地身份證吧，有點欺負人。房間小到衹能放下一張穿，電視打開後被椅子完全把屏幕擋住，凳子根本找不到地方挪。差 差 差
