The rooms are ok, the service is ok, the hotel is large, European style and the parking is huge.

The worst check in and check out process Pre Paid full amount and they then charge a full amount again on arrival. Plus another deposit. Then get refund when leaving Took way to long each time and very unpleasant There are no facilities open, no restaurants open in hotel. Fountain is empty, no lights in hallways and very dark atmosphere From the reviews and pictures I was expecting a much better experience

Nice old fashioned french / parisian resort a little bit like you would find in Las Vegas. 15 min walk away from the metro station, located near a copy of a Paris avenue. Staff is nice and goodwilling even if not very used to strangers. The building is clean even if a little bit weared. Big room. Go there if you want to try something different from the usual hotel / resort!

Great location if you’re trying to see the Tianducheng Eiffel Tower! The hotel is very extravagant, with a cool french theme. The lady looking after our room was also very lovely despite the language barrier. A good price for what you get.

I didn't notice anything in particular. According to the status of 5 diamonds, the rooms and the hotel itself have a retro entourage. The area is not particularly interesting, except that a copy of the Eiffel Tower is within walking distance. The prices for the rooms are highly inflated. I don't recommend it.

프랑스 마을이 있다고 해서 다녀온 곳인데요. 1. 예약하면서 카드 결제를 분명히 했는데, 체크인하면서 다시 결제하라고 해서 보니, 먼저 결제한 것은 체크아웃을 하면 돌려준다고 하더이다. 해서 돈을 다시 냈어요. 먼저 결제한 것은 10~15일이내에 환불이 된다고 합니다. 무슨 시스템인지 알수 없어요. 환불은 되겠죠? 2. 2007년에 오픈한 프랑스풍 호텔인데 관리가 많이 안된 ㅠㅠ 3. 5성인데 청소 상태도 좀 4. 객실 배치가 좀 이상해서 많이 걸어야합니다. 5. 커피숍도 영업을 안하고 안하는 것이 많아요. 6.체크인 할때 보증금을 요구합니다. 알리페이나 위쳇 페이로 400元을 내야하고, 체크아웃시 방을 점검하고 돌려 줍니다. 방값을 현장 결제 할 때 3%의 수수료가 나왔어요. 해서 보증금을 어찌 돌려 받게 되는지 몰라서 갖고 있던 현금 300元으로 보증금을 냈어요. 7. 혼자라서 조식 포함이 더 비싸서 현장 결제 80元을 하고 먹었어요. 가짓수는 많은데 맛은 그닥... 가성비 5성 호텔을 원하시면 추천입니다.

재밌어요!!! 호텔 안에 진짜 재밌게 볼거리가 많고 호텔주변이 유럽처럼 꾸며져있어요. 영어 응대 어렵습니다. 그리고 호텔방이 추웠고 냉장고없어요. 그리고 그 방벽에 그... 벽지가 좀 뜯어져있었어요 호텔서 파는것도 없어서 (식당, 주류) 다 사와야해요. 그래도 재밌었어요.

酒店環境優美，就是開業久了，設施設備陳舊了點，但挺乾淨的，前台也很熱情，房間倡導綠色環保，用的是環保拖鞋，減少了一次性用品的使用，挺好

酒店位置不錯，環境也不錯！周圍遊玩的地方也不少！不過畢竟有點年頭，有點老舊，維護的還算可以吧！以一般酒店體驗的話可以合格，不過在攜程上標五星實際感受就有點差距了，尤其在服務上，後經反映還是有所彌補，希望以後有改善吧！

湖光山色，風景真是好，酒店後花園環境優美，還有幾衹天鵝在湖面戲水，不負春光，讓人感覺特別舒服愜意😌

不得不説酒店環境空氣都很好，朋友每次來都要住天都城，很放鬆，前台和客房都很熱情，早餐稍微品種少了點，湖邊走走真不錯！
