The hotel is clean and well decorated. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, dispite not speaking English. Staff were all helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping done an excellent job because our rooms were very clean. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Really good customer service and amazing value for price. They gave us a free room upgrade with a balcony! Made our stay feel truly special. Ordering delivery was easy and they deliver it straight to your door so you don't have to pick it up from the front desk. Hotsprings costs 88rmb per ticket but was really nice to enjoy after a long day of exploring Hangzhou. Location is a bit further away from the city centre and West Lake, but the quality and service is worth it.

The staff were very helpful. Included a photo of front desk staff who was especially helpful.The hotel was neat and surrounded by plenty of things to do, including waterpark. Breakfast was decent with limited western options. The afternoon tea was however not very good , all of the pastries and cake were delivered to the table still frozen so we were unable to eat them. The hotsprings were great with multiple temperature options.

I had a great experience during my stay at the property,especially the hotsprings are cherry on the top. It's a great place for a weekend getaway especially with kids. There are different activities for the kids. Although the breakfast is a little overpriced,when we went to the dining hall around d 9:30 most of the items were about to finish and they didn't refill the dishes.

No staff to welcome guest very difficult to find front desk

The experience was magical, on arrival a cute reindeer bus helps take you to the front desk as it's far from the drop off point. The staff were very kind and polite. Food was a little hard to get with not many good options. But it's so nice and close to two awesome amusement parks, my daughter had so much fun in the amazing jungle themed family room, she didn't want to leave.

The employees Harry and Shirley were very supportive and helpful. Nice stay.

Food was terrible and no option at all if you are a westerner. Parking is fully blocked and have to park away and come to hotel. Looks abandoned and a very old hotel

Hotel is nice enough not quite prepared for western visitors, the hot springs were good although many were closed for cleaning staff did try to communicate.

This place we we visited regularly. We will return here again and again. It's a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

My overall stay was good. My son enjoyed the activities on the premises and I absolutely enjoyed the hot springs.
