Great location and close to the subway. There’s plenty of restaurants around the area and a beautiful city view from the room we got.

I didn’t like that you don’t find anyone at the reception, you don’t know how to open the door and no one is there to help, plus the wifi 😩

Overall for location and cleanliness was good, only the bed is hard😅 Toilet remote is not working and door between room and toilet can't close.

Perfect place to book for a stay if you plan to go shopping in Hangzhou at the Mix C mall. Many western restaurants to eat.

Love the location, view, separate room, bigger fridge and laundry. No dryer though, our microwave didn't heat up food & don't expect daily service.

Excellent location next to qianjiang train station and bus stop and has an adjunct to the shopping mall
All facilities in the hotel room working well
Hotel staff was quick to respond and had a very good service mind
Will come back to stay in this hotel again if I come to hangzhou

The location is good but finding this hotel is not easy😄 because the reception on the fifth floor and I stayed on the 25th floor
