The service was wondrous and welcoming, they did Everting we asked for, the room were comfortable and the view was spectacular! Every staff we met is friendly and helpful, especially thanks for Lu Lu liu and Rebecca at front desk! Food is divine! This hotel for everthing you need and more! Worth of money and memorable stay! We will come back doe sure!

If you are looking for luxury, this is it! Everything about the hotel screams luxury: from the lobby, to the gardens, to every little detail of the guest room. It is amazing to find such a quiet corner with beautiful gardens and green space in the middle of a somewhat crowded city. You will feel like living in a park. The staff is extremely attentive and eager to cater to your needs and wants. We will definitely stay here again at our next visit to Hangzhou

Four seasons never disappoints. Incredible property right next to west lake with private views and very tranquil vibes. Great location for sightseeing or a peaceful retreat for the mind, body, and soul. Will definitely be back again.

Stayed here for one night to watch Hans Zimmer in concert nearby. Wonderful, wonderful hotel with beautiful surroundings and walking distance to West Lake. The rooms are beautiful and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely come again. Dream hotel. Wish all hotels were like this.

The hotel is very beautiful and equipped it with all amenities needed. Oliver, the concierge, was very helpful and suggesting us with a lot of useful information with warmth and sincerity. One shortcoming was the housekeeping service that the third night during our stay, we went back to the room around 8 PM and our two rooms were not cleaned. I wonder about that because I believed that I did not turn on Do Not Disturb button. After a long day of traveling, we've got to wait for the housekeeping to clean the room for another hour to use the rooms. However, the overall experience was good and we wish to go back again next time.

I cannot speak highly enough about my recent stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was simply perfect. Our room boasted a breathtaking view of the traditional infinity pool, adding an extra touch of charm to our experience. The level of service provided by every member of the staff was unparalleled. The employees at Fourseasons demonstrated a remarkable dedication to meeting every guest's needs with utmost care and attention to detail. Their personalized approach made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. The culinary experience was equally impressive. The food was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with table reservations, ensuring our dining experiences were nothing short of delightful. I cannot express enough gratitude for the effort put forth by the entire team in making our family trip so memorable. It is without a doubt that we will return to Hangzhou in the future, and Fourseasons will undoubtedly be our first choice for accommodation once again. Fantastic view of the West Lake from the hotel pier and beautiful hotel garden; dinner at Jin Sha was very good; and all the staff members I met were friendly and attentive - special thanks to Ms Liu the Guest Experience Ambassador who was very helpful in making our stay at the hotel a memorable experience.

The first room we checked in was a bit run down with several cracks on the marble top of the sink. Another room was only available several hours later. The front desk staff, in particular Lulu, was quite helpful and attentive. The deputy manager Mr. Yi Zheng was friendly and resourceful, and recommended Four Seasons Hotels in other localities for us for our future trips: a truly Four Seasons Ambassador!
