Venligt personale, men de taler, på mandarin,  åbentlyst om udenlandske gæster, hvilket ikke er ok.  Værelserne er okay, aircondition trænger til eftersyn og der blev ikke støvsuget på værelserne under opholdet. Andet rengøring var helt i orden

It was wonderful experience. Really, one of the best of all my life in China

Booked 2 standard twin rooms for 3 nights. Found location to be inconvenient because it didn’t have the shops and restaurants nearby. One room had very slow heating in the shower and bed was hard and uneven resulting in sore back. Breakfast was very average and personally found it rather unhygienic for my liking. Staffs and house keeping were polite.

Hotel's location was good and rooms were spacious and clean. Service was excellent and staff were very helpful.

Slightly far from the nearest subway but we took as as a stroll 😊 Alas, the paid view moment for west lake view only lasted during check out, weather plays a part though…

The room have nice view looking over the city and westlake. Nice spread of breakfast in the morning with nice view of the busy street. Recommended stay at the hotel. Good service by Yvonne and Chen CC.

quick check -in and check-out. Hotel staff are polite. Good location with many local restaurants nearby. Many bus routes just step away from the hotel, metro within 15 minute walking distance .

The rooms were clean and incredibly cozy, the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. It was a delightful culinary experience with a wide array of options to choose from. The quality and variety of food exceeded my expectations, and the staff's attentiveness made the experience even more enjoyable. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my visit, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable and memorable hotel experience.

Had a great time in Hangzhou. Our experience was good apart from parking space issue as parking was full when we reached. We had to park in different plaza across the road although the parking was payed by hotel. Rooms were clean. Not so big rooms. Overall it was ok. Breakfast was really nice and had a lot of options.

Group of 9 people. Hotel reception is quite unorganized and gives wrong room card, which needs to be taken back by other guests of the hotel. This leaded to a long waiting time while check in, which could be avoided if the staff would check the names of the guests correctly. The reception was calling one of us in the late evening (9-10pm) several times to clarify different information about the arrival city to China and visa related information (foreigners). This should have been checked while check in and not via several phone calls. The reception avoids to speak English and talks mandarin to our group members. I found a long red finger nail in the bathroom. The toilet has some problems. Breakfast is ok.

位置：下杭州東高鐵站可以直接坐地鐵1號線，4個站到武林廣場站，出地鐵站步行8-10分鐘。 環境：環境好。 早餐：在3樓自助餐廳，早餐選擇多樣。 服務：服務態度好。 就是酒店1樓的前台挺小的，容易路過。

這次出行選擇了納德世家，入住後感覺非常不錯。酒店的價格很親民，服務和環境一點也不含糊。房間打掃得很乾凈，物品擺放整齊，讓人感覺很舒適。酒店的位置不錯，去西湖也很便利。前台楊佳音，華從漢很熱情，還會關心我的入住感受，讓人感覺很温暖。總之，很值得推薦。

酒店的位置絕佳，就在武林廣場附近，周邊交通十分便利，離地鐵站、公交站都很近，出行方便快捷。而且附近還有很多商場、餐廳和景點，無論是購物、用餐還是遊玩都非常方便，為我的旅行帶來了極大的便利。辦入住時前台楊佳音的效率很高，滿足了我對房間的要求。總體感覺不錯，體驗感很棒
