Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou

Our stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. Staying at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was a wonderful experience. The scenery around the resort was great. Staff was very friendly. Amenities were good. My family and I would love to visit this place again and highly recommend it to our friends.

設施：過年期間入住，整體體驗非常棒，符合五星級酒店標準，唯一不足處是酒店的電視太小太老了，可能是建設年限比較久 衞生：還不錯，略有小瑕疵不影響整體好評 環境：酒店很安靜，整體裝潢雖然有年頭但是還是看得出格調，酒店在茶園裡麪，空氣也非常好，修心度假 服務：點名表揚2.1日值班前台小姐姐，非常有愛 不足之處是酒店中餐廳：菜品實在太少了，味道是不錯

環境：位於裏雞籠山的小村子裏，自駕開到底有獨立的停車場，免費，還有慢充充電樁，1.6元一度，新能源友好 設施：有室外小泳池，整體不大，適合小朋友，村子裏都是茶園的適合隨便走走，一樓還有個共享空間適合安靜的坐會 服務：無論是停車指揮的小夥子還是餐廳的廚師師傅都很熱情，尤其是前台小崔，我們來的比較晚，她還很熱情的幫我們辦理入住並帶我們送達房間門口，還給小朋友安排了早餐，考慮的十分周到 村子下面就有茶人村，附近有綠茶，都是比較網紅的飯店，走去靈隱寺也還可以，比起假期堵車的快

多年前住過 所以有一些回憶。地理位置對於喜歡安靜的朋友來説值得推薦，出門就是大片茶園 附近吃的地方不太多，但開車出入比較方便。升級了池景房體驗很好，表揚前台的泡泡服務很好。三間房間其中一間卧室下水有一間有點味道，期待改善。長者對早飯很滿意，去健身房和室內泳池，價格再親民一點更好！

住着還是跟往年一樣的舒服，酒店綠色生態特別好，室內非常安靜，打掃的也非常整潔乾淨 我是當天半夜到的，前台小崔非常貼心的接待我們，一點都不嫌我麻煩，非常完美
