The hotel staffs are friendly and the room is clean. But i think the hotel is a bit old. The shower tap is stiff and the knob to switch to rain shower is stuck. Location is good as near to train station and metro.

Very near location to the transportaion hub and the hangzhou east railway station. It is just 600 meters walking distance.

Great location~ very close to Metro Line4 and local buses. Friendly & helpful staff, especially the receptionist named 小王 ( 前台小王）upgraded my room for free, also went above and beyond to find me the best renewal rate. I was so happy to stay for another 4 more nights. Lady staff at breakfast area ( 早餐大姐）was very courteous, working nonstop to clean the food counters.

Nice easy to access as near the train station. Big rooms and clean. Only stay here for 1 night but love it. Just quite far from the main attraction. If you need to leave for the next day early by train, this is a good choice.

Amazing service, the hotel upgraded one of our rooms to enable our family to stay on the same floor. The staff couldn't speak English but were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall great place with close proximity to a metro station and restaurants.

Check in was smooth and two girls at the reception who helped us to do paperwork were excellent. Both of them were friendly,helpful, cooperative and professional. One of the girls went extra miles to assist us walked to the lift. She was amazing

The location is at the west square 西广场 of the train station, there are many small restaurants nearby. Walking from the station is only 7 mins. (But the train station itself is enormous so I mean when you got out of the elevator it’s only 5-7 minutes walking. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Nice breakfast. Very clean and neat, I’ve got a tatami room-I loved it. Definitely recommend this place.
