good and clean with beautiful view in breakfast time. Good care from hotel.

Room is cosy and clean. Staffs are friendly and cheerful. The bar at the high level has a nice view and brew its own beer which is good

Pros: location. Right next to Hangzhou railway station. Cross the road and you get there. Please note the metro is still a distance away by foot but is connected to the rail station. Breakfast. Wide spread of breakfast but still mostly Chinese. Cons: bathroom. Always flooded after a bath as the bottom of the door is not sealed and bath water keeps flooding the place. This is a hazard imo. Service of the staff. They do the bare minimum. Even when my parcel arrived, they told me to go find it in the area behind the front desk and there are lots and lots of parcels. They don't sort like the other hotels. I guess this is "express" for ya. Laundry room. Please note it is not free and you need to bring your own detergent. About 10 yuan per 10 mins for the dryer. Washing varies according to your selection. If you don't have a local Chinese number you might not be able to use it as you have to scan a QR which leads you to a site that asks for a local china number. Also the system might have occasional issues so please inform the front desk if the machine doesn't start after paying. Fortunately the technicians were on duty that day and they fixed the issue in 15 mins. Refunded me the amount I paid as well.

Good choice for a short stat. The hotel has strategic location as it is near to Hangzhou Railway Station and hospital. But a little bit far from the west lake. Need to take Didi or Cycling to go around. Amenities is good. The receptionist also helpful, especially Miss Tiki Wei, helping us during check in and out process including using the laundry as we unable to use the apps. The breakfast also good, on the top floor with a good view...But the room had strong smell of cigarettes smoke, which give me headache..but overall did enjoy my stay here.

Love this hotel location, as it is strategically located on the right side of the Hangzhou railway station, and only 3 min walking distance. The Cheng Zhan (城站 地铁站）metro is also directly opposite the hotel, less than 2 min walk. This hotel stay is one of the best experiences, especially because of the helpful and friendly front staff, Mr. Sam Xia. He shared his experiences of 西湖 with me and also recommended me places to have my meals. He even offered his mobile number to me when I told him I needed a local number to order from Dianping app. I also got a late check out at 4pm! All thanks to him. The deluxe king room is spacious and the bed is so comfortable. Laundry and dryer are free of charge, and breakfast spread is nice too. Only downside is the gym where the weights are few and the ventilation is quite poor. Will strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who is coming to Hangzhou for holiday!

We had a great stay at this hotel — it was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. One of the biggest advantages is the location: Chengzhan metro station is right outside the hotel, making it super convenient to get around. West Lake is just two stops away, and the ancient town is only one stop — perfect for easy sightseeing!
