All in all a good hotel. The room was clean and the staff were mostly friendly. I arrived at midnight so the front desk staff who checked me in was a bit grumpy (understandable I guess) but also wouldn’t come help me with the air conditioner so that ******. Once we figured out the AC and wifi the stay was generally good. The location is good too if you wish to take the bus or metro, the stations are nearby. Overall good value for money.

It was my second time staying here, and definitely I will come back again! Everything is great: service, room comfort, breakfast, cleaning and the location👍 Thank you guys!

Don't know how I did it, but by mistake booked two family lofts...the receptionist kept cewcking if I am sure two? I thought he meant the suite has two rooms and two floors. Needless to say kids enjoyed their own deluxe family loft and parents their own. I cannot believe how inexpensive this accomodation was. Breakfast was good too at 30rmb per person.

It was ok. The hotel was a little smelly like moisture. Other than that, it was ok.

It’s so nice. The hotel has great amenities and it is pretty cozy staying there. Pretty spacious as well!

Quite basic, a specially taking in account low price. Nobody speaking English, but personal is trying to help anyway, all the time you ask something.

一家老小，好不容易找一套兩居的套房，有早餐還免費停車，離西湖景區也不遠，非常滿意。雖然設施稍微老舊些，但服務非常熱情，尤其前台兩位工作人員（忘了怎麼稱呼了）看我們人多，還多提供了一份早餐，而且停車訊息也非常詳細的告知，非常感謝！

衡量我們進步的標準，不是看我們給富人們帶來了什麼，而是要看給那些一無所有的窮人能否提供基本保障。當有一天我們的父母被推進醫院，即使身無分文也能得到悉心醫療。我們的孩子被送進學校，不管他來自哪裡都能得到一樣的對待。我説這才是我的祖國… 房間很乾凈，樓下吃東西很方便

地理位置不錯，距湘湖十幾分鍾車程。週末老城區堵車嚴重，但門口公交車去河坊街、鼓樓、胡雪巖故居……很方便。智能衞浴，洗澡水大。房間寬敞空氣流通較好，在居民區旁邊有好三、四家早餐店不錯，還有特色餐廳。

今天的住房還贈送了自助早餐，太棒了，不止房間大氣温馨，漂亮舒適，早餐也很豐富，整棟樓高大壯麗，有客房，還有公寓，客房都是非常可以的，有漂亮的飄窗，還有小小的冰箱，什麼都好

衞生：酒店衞生間裏非常明亮，地面一塵不染。酒店床單和毛巾非常乾淨，沒有任何污漬。 環境：地理位置極佳, 交通便利, 夜晚寧靜, 鬧中取靜, 入住體驗安逸無比。 服務：服務員耐心細緻，能及時解決客人的問題和需求。
