Location of the hotel was great, lots of shops and restaurants, close to attractions. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful with questions.

The loation is very good. It-s near hefang street, shopping mall, metro. The room is nice ànd staff is very helpful

I just stayed one night at this hotel. The staff was nice and friendly and will greet you whenever they see you. My room was close to eeavator so it is a bit noisy. The hotel is a bit like vintage style which adds some features to it. Location is close to MTR. generally the hotel is up to standard.

Great hotel for a stay in the downtown area. Many nice cafés, Western and Chinese restaurants as well as bars nearby. Staff were friendly and I didn’t have any issues to check in as a foreigner (I speak Chinese though). Would come back!

I stayed at this hotel during a short visit to Hangzhou, and its unique design added a special charm to my stay. My room was clean and thoughtfully designed, featuring a spacious shower room and a smart toilet. Although the room could be controlled by a Chinese version of Alexa or Siri, I couldn’t fully use this feature since I do not speak Chinese. The TV had an English channel and movies, which was a great bonus. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke English, enhancing my comfort. The hotel’s location is fantastic—just a short walk to Qinghefang Ancient Street, a nearby mall, and close to the West Lake. Plus, there’s a bus stop right in front, making city exploration very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for its unique design, modern amenities, friendly staff, and prime location.

Everything at this hotel was amazing. As I got sick during my travel to Hangzhou, the staff were very helpful and offered a lot of assistance with anything we needed, room also very big and comfortable. We would be happy to stay here again!

Miss Wong at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating, she covered my taxi fee when I had an issue with WeChat and couldn’t get a taxi reserved, her patience with every customer was always above and beyond, I highly recommend this hotel for both their service and location, excellent and memorable hospitality!

Very nice hotel with charm and character. Our room was big, clean, very comfortable bed and the staff was very friendly and attentive to clients need. They offered us (without us asking) two bottles of water when we checked out because they have heard we will be going to walk a lot after. The location is really great ! Centrally located, near Hefang street with small little shops, restaurants, cafes… 20min walk to xihu west lake. We recommend the arabic restaurant one street behind the hotel uncle Kosto with great Middle East dishes and nice service. We highly recommend Lanshe hotel and will most likely come back next time in Hangzhou.
