I just stayed one night at this hotel. The staff was nice and friendly and will greet you whenever they see you. My room was close to eeavator so it is a bit noisy. The hotel is a bit like vintage style which adds some features to it. Location is close to MTR. generally the hotel is up to standard.

Honestly it was a decent stay but the layout was a little odd… cleanliness was alright but the location was what we liked the most. Within walking distance of a mall and eateries. Plus, not too far from the west lake either

Great hotel for a stay in the downtown area. Many nice cafés, Western and Chinese restaurants as well as bars nearby. Staff were friendly and I didn’t have any issues to check in as a foreigner (I speak Chinese though). Would come back!

The hotel location is very ideal and near to the Scenic West Lake. Quite a number of shops and restaurants nearby. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel and the Metro is just a 5 minute walk. The rooms are very clean and comfortable albeit a bit small, but not a deal breaker. The reception staff are very helpful and always ready to assist with any inquiry you might have. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hangzhou.

The location is very close to the attractions. Many restaurants and shopping around the area. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. The room is clean, tidy and aesthetic. The best thing was the 天猫精灵 in the room. You can get that 'genie' to on/off the lights, TV and play music for you. Highly recommended.

I stayed in this hotel from 25 to 28 April 2025. The service is amazing. I am very impressed with a staff named Ms Hsu, she is warm and very patient, helping me to exchange my many coins to notes. My stay at this hotel is memorable!

Love the antique feel of the room yet with the cute smart 'assistant'' in the room it gave a touch of high tech modern vibe. The reception was very helpful. Location was very near to the South Song Imperial Street. And the bus stop is just right outside the hotel.
