The hotel’s location is excellent, situated right at the foot of Leifeng Pagoda. Just by lifting your eyes, you are greeted with the picturesque beauty of West Lake, with its stunning scenery of shimmering water and lush mountains. In the morning, as you open the window, the fresh air, infused with the lake’s vibrant essence, rushes in, bringing a sense of tranquility and delight. The room is well-equipped with complete facilities. Special thanks to our butler, Xue Chen, for proactively assisting us in handling our lost items. We are very satisfied with our stay and will definitely come again.

The front desk lady kept asking for 1. The arriving airport 2. the license plate of my car, despite the fact that I told her I came by high speed rail directly from Hong Kong and I didn't drive any car. The room is nice and quiet. The shower place is old fashioned and worn. I could not find any USB outlet for my charger. Lastly, The breakfast does not provide enough variety on Western dishes, quite disappointing I must say.

I had an excellent stay at xizi Hotel recently. The room is brand new with top - notch facilities. The environment is wonderful, with beautiful scenery and fresh air outside the window. The service is outstanding. Chelsea is warm - hearted and helpful, making me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very nice hotel with traditional Chinese garden and premier Xihu Lake view. Great value for the price

Good location right next to Leifeng Pagoda and the lake, our room can see the lake but sadly during out stay there are tree maintenance in front of our room and villa which is a bit annoy but understandable, wonder if it can be done in afternoon instead of morning but its nitpicking anyway, overall good stay.

Best hotel when you want to visit wangxian village! The hotel owner is very kind with great care, we felt like home and safe here.

Pricy compared to many many other hotels nearby, this is a private villa/land so they jack up prices. No laundry...

Everything was good. The only issue was that the soundproof was not so good. You could hear guests of your next room talking. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
