Vi havde et meget behageligt ophold på hotellet. Var perfekt placeret lige ved hovedgaden fuld af indkøbscentre og spisesteder. Også 10 minutters gang fra Hangzhou søen. Værelset var pænt og rent. Personalets service var fantastisk, især Joyce, som opgraderede vores værelse:). Tak Joyce.

The hotel was average and offered no extra services. There was no one to carry luggage. I'd rate it 3 stars. I made special requests that weren't considered. It wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst either. Its main drawback was the lack of soundproofing. الفندق عادي لم يقدم خدمات اضافية لايوجد احد لحمل الحقائب اصنفه بمستوى ٣ نجوم وضعت طلبات خاصه لم ينظر لها ليس افضل شي و ليس اسوء شي و يعيبه لايوجد عزل اصوات 这家酒店一般，没有提供任何额外服务，也没有人帮忙搬运行李。我给它三星。我提出了一些特殊要求，但都没有被考虑。它不算最好，但也不算最差。它最大的缺点是隔音效果不好。

Hotel is very clean and neat. Staff were very friendly. The hotel is in a good location and very close to west lake and many shopping areas.

Location is quite good, walking distance to the metro and West Lake. The room was upgraded. It is clean and has full facilities. As we enjoyed the promotion price this time, we will recommend to others if the price is reasonable.

Like the hotel location. Near to shopping mall and westlake. Hotel provide sightseeing tour to westlake and to surrounding attraction with reasonable price.

If looking for a hotel near the west lake, this would be the one to go. Unfortunately they don’t offer a laundry room so if you are staying for more than a few days it’s not that convenient. Also checkout latest is 1pm compared to other hotels that might offer until later

Location is really great. Close to every travel sites. Very clean and the service is awesome

Stayed here for a night while checking out the west lake in Hangzhou. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, upgraded me from a windowless to a window room. Also provided with some info about places to eat nearby. Overall had a lovely stay.

Our 2nd hotel stay this trip. All is good as expected for all good hotels. Room were good, beds had super single X2. Cleanliness were tip top. No breakfast. Food hunt is easy. Take Didi to anywhere for 1km above to enjoy your stay. We had a few rides to food locale didn't regret it. Walking to West Lake was a breeze, easy and were all within walking distance. Many retailers and food can be found around this hotel.

That would be great if they have more varieties for breakfast.....but it was a good stay in general

Really amazing room we have stay so far! The king bed is so comfortable and the doraemon is so adorable! Both the bedrooms have toilets attached to it and the room provide umbrella for guest to use. The corridor can oversee the Westlake and there are even rabbits below our level! The only thing is the hotel do not provide clothes washing service. We likes the stay vacation here as the hotel is 10 mins walk to Westlake and there are lots of eatery shops and malls nearby. The scenery is nice as there are lots of trees and weeping willow planted along both sides of the streets. Will definitely select this hotel again next time we visited Hangzhou! 😉
