Staff didn’t speak English. Welcome amenity - fruits didn’t delivered to my room, but was been included in my package. No one reply on my emails. Housekeeping ring the bell and knock the door even the room is under do not disturb light. Breakfast is ok, many choices but cheese and meat plate is so small, especially how they cut cheese. Juice is so cheap, so many sugar inside.

Service is great. Hotel is  looks new . Rrom is clean and with all the  necessary amenities.

Big rooms and full of modernity and confort (some rooms have a proper desk, a couch, walkable closet, both a shower and bathtub). Breakfast has big variety and is tasty. I could not use the gym due to some reconstruction. View on the river also worthy. It is a good place for both business and pleasure

We are very satisfied in this hotel. The staffs are helpful and active in ushering the visitors. We love the location, peaceful and has a fresh ambiance. The food is delicious. They serve real meat especially the steak. We would love to stay here again.

We have really enjoyed our stay at The Amber House! The staff was extremely helpful and most spoke a little bit of English. Anna, at the front desk was particularly helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious, very clean, and modern. We had a lovely view of the lake despite booking a cheaper room. Breakfast has a lot of variety. We would definitely stay again. 我们很喜欢TheAmberHouse。前台Anna非常好。那个前台会说一点点英语。我们的房间很宽敞，很干净，也现代。我们有湖景。早饭很好吃。价格适中。

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were flawlessly polite and helpful, and the majority spoke English well. We were given a free upgrade upon arrival, and the room was spectacular. Everything was spotless, and the bath and shower was wonderful. The bed was super comfortable and the view from the panoramic windows was great. It's a little bit out of the way from the bustle of the city, but it was nice to stay somewhere quieter. The buffet had so many great options and staff were always on hand to provide drinks or to help out. We'd love to stay here again!
