The hotel is located at a very good location next to the Hangzhou lake itself and you are in the middle of the retail district with huge options of food and connectivity to various location. However, the hotel seems to be a little old and would benefit from a bit of upgrading. The mall below the hotel has closed down and the rooms are basic Mine had a number light switches not working properly and had windows facing the wall which felt quite weird. I was disappointed to see that the cabinet below the basin to be in terrible condition and in my horror moulding very badly. They have also kept the hair dryer in there. When requested for a change of hair dryer, the hotel staff seems relunctant did not do any rectification the next day.  Great location overall but could surely do with more attentive service staff and the hotels looking into refurbishing some of its room.  酒店的地点很好，正坐在西湖旁边。楼下也是商业区饮食方面选择多元化，交通也非常方便。可惜酒店就有点老旧。楼下的商场已关闭，刚抵达的时候找不到入门处 房间里的设施也有必要更新，我的房间有好一些开关都已经不正常操作了。除此之外，我感到非常失望，水盆下的柜子由于漏水腐烂发霉的特别厉害，而酒店还把吹风筒收在里头。我向前台提到这个，并且要求更换吹风筒，服务人员的态度感觉并不太愿意。甚至还对我说没有吹风筒了。由于这牵涉到健康卫生问题酒店会采取相对的修复工作。 整体来说，酒店的位置还是非常实际方便的

The room is amazingly pretty, and the bed is so comfortable. The location is conveniently located near the top 1 shopping district in Hangzhou. The view from the dining restaurant is lovely too. Breakfast was typical chinese food. Super worth the money. Hope that they will keep their pricing competitive.

Since reserved a standard room without window, so the smell of cigarettes was bad. Except that, location, services with kindness, and price, etc. are really goooood. Also it was easy to find because there was a sign to the hotel in the basements next to the hotel. Next time I come to Hangzhou, I would like to reserve a room with windows and use it again. Thanks all services!

Located right on XiHu and walking distance to XiHu shopping area. The decor is a bit dated but the rooms are big. Room even has mahjong table with mahjong for 4. It’s above a former mall with lobby on 5F. There’s a side entrance with an eatery next to it

Everything was great. The staff were really kind and welcoming. Room is clean and decorated in japanese style. I saw a lot hotels during my trip in China and that one was the best! If I would back in this city I definitely stay here again!

Staff are excellent. Especially xiao dai, xiao ding, We came mid night and the staff xiao like helped us on our WiFi and helped us with the missing luggage. It's a great hotel! Clean room, good service and with good location. The room we book comes with a nice tea area and a super large bed. Love it so much. Will be back again.

The location is near to subway station but not just direct road to walk to the hotel. It's need to go thru underground walk way to reach hotel entrance. If you have big luggage then slightly inconvenient. Overall, the hotel price is reasonable for me T.Q

It's a nice hotel that allows you to see the West Lake from their outdoor patio. The hotel is strangely located in an abandoned mall. I heard from a cab driver that the mall closed down this year 2024. But it doesn't affect the hotel itself which was well kept. The location is right beside West Lake, and there are modern malls and eateries near the West Lake, as well as more local eateries nearby slightly further from West Lake. It's possible to walk to the nearest metro station but we took a cab every day. There are also piers nearby in both directions along the coast of the lake to take cruise boats from. The only thing I didn't like was that the room, at least the one we stayed in, wasnt flat. As in, there was a short flight of stairs, with three steps, separating the door plus toilet with the rest of the room. As I travelled with my elderly mother, I worried every time she woke up in the night to go to the toilet. You may want to factor that in if you are travelling with elderlies. Otherwise it is highly recommended and I enjoyed my stay.

Good location. Rooms are big and spacious. We love it. The deluxe double room bathroom however has a smell. Perhaps the hotel can work on this.

Amazing view especially from the rooftop terrace of the restaurant and nothing to complain about.

the hotel is very comfy, clean, good water pressure for shower after a long day walking. Location is great, just walking distance to the West Lake. The receptionists are friendly and helpful.

Room is big and clean. The only cons is that they said it is winter now so the centralize aircon already pre-set warmer, can’t produce cold air. We been forced to open windows or door for natural air.
