There’s luggage storage, service was good and staff were friendly and nice.

It is located at 19-20th floor of a building. When I entered the room, cigarette smoke was there. The receptionist offered me another room. But she asked me whether I have touched or used the room. Finally I got new room but the cigarette smoke was also there. You have to pay for slippers. I communicated with 2 receptionist. The new joiner was more helpful and welcome. Hotel location is near with kfc, starbucks, or other local foods. You can also buy fruits nearby. But still far from the West Lake, need to take Didi (online taxi).

Our favorite hotel in Hangzhou. Staying here all the tim. Room is clean and big, supermarkets and coffee shop downstairs, 10 minutes to Xihu. Perfect

I love a unified and arty design of the hotel. Quite modern but with the bits of Chinese tradition style. You actually can take a short calligraphy lesson from the owner of the place. The stuff is very friendly and they actually upgraded my room which was a nice surprise. It is located right next to the famous attraction park in Monganshan. So 9 of 10 for the location only because there are not many places to eat nearby but in China isn’t really a problem as you can orders delivery. Highly recommend if you want to have different experiences from the typical villas in Monganshan and appreciate art and literature.

The stay was perfect! The service staff are extremely nice and helpful, I was treated very well. The room itself is very spacious, beautiful view over the city.

The room’s view was beautiful, the staff are also very kind. Everything was perfect except, there was no refrigerator and the hotel was a little far from the subway. 8/10

The room is big & spacious with huge full length window though is just street view. Counter staffs are so nice and helpful. Our toilet bowl was chocked and they get it fixed immediately. Calling a cab is difficult without a local line as we need the verification code send to the phone line and this could not be done without the help of the hotel staff. The hotel is so thoughtful to provide coffee/tea and snack at the reception area. You even can find personal toiletries like hair gel and pad there. The location is quite near famous Westlake but not much shopping & foods within walking distance thus a star is taken away. Overall, we enjoyed the two nights stay very much.

Cleanliness - The toilet had some strands of hair, the walls were yellowish and some mould. - The room floor were not very clean since my white socks became black underneath. - No slippers provided. Toothbrushes provided. We turned on the DND sign but they still came inside to clean the room everyday. So I’m not sure what’s the dnd light for. There’s no wifi for travellers who doesn’t have a China number and even if connected still wasn’t able to load anything so it’s as good as no wifi No other complaints tho it was a short and sweet stay nonetheless. The staff were friendly and you’re very near city centre 10mins car ride to city and 4 bus stops then 30-40 mins to airport so it’s very convenient

Very nice, big, clean, and comfortable room. Only bathroom that the wall not upto ceiling which not feel comfortable when u using
