The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We had tea, water and a kettle. The breakfast was not great, but the price was reasonable, so it was fine. My brother tried a Thai massage and he really enjoyed it. The service was great and the staff were very friendly. We ordered some takeout and a robot delivered it to our door. That was so cool! Most of the staff don't speak English, so it might be difficult to communicate if you don't speak Chinese.

For an international hotel I expected a little more English at the reception. However I got on with the phone translator. My room didn’t have windows, which I didn’t notice when booking. The two downsides were that it was harder to wake up in the morning because there was no sunlight, but worse the room was very hot upon arrival (heat set to 28°) and as there was no window and thus no ventilation, it was hard to cool it off.

酒店周邊餐飲很豐富，距離火車站也不遠，位置很便捷，出差首選之地。前台小朱服務很周到，每次都笑臉盈盈的，讓人就覺得很暖心。而且記性非常好，能記住客人的名字，有賓至如歸的感覺。明年再來。

設施：酒店設施還不錯 衞生：衞生也很乾凈 環境：大堂樓道很不錯 服務：早餐有待改進，吃個自助還得服務員給你夾，你衹能想吃啥跟服務員説，太複雜了，排隊現場就會很嚴重，服務員也少，感覺不想讓吃，反正我是感覺很不舒服，很多客户在餐具前看着，自己這邊還打不開放餐的盆子，第一次見識這種自助，種類不多，如果有30人同時用餐，估計就大亂了，排隊等着吧，體驗感不好

房間特別乾淨，服務也非常好 我們這一次是家庭親子出遊到杭州之前在杭州君亭酒店住，但是我覺得這裏性價比更高環境要高大上的多，😄小孩兒們都特別喜歡。這裏的早餐特別好，可惜我光忙着吃了沒拍上照片哦，要不然我也多拍幾張照片曬一曬。

真的挺不錯的，性價比非常高，給爸媽預訂的。國慶節出遊入住 交通也很方便 而且到火車東站就4分鐘 樓層都是刷卡到户 早餐品種也挺多的

距離火車站比較近，參加活動但協議價訂不到雙床衹能攜程上自己加價訂了，沒辦法，總體上還過得去，出差選擇！

房間設施先進，清潔衞生做得好，服務態度好，早餐品種豐富，住了三晚，每天都搞衞生，填補一次行用品，還可以機器人送餐

服務態度太差，東西放房間，退卡後，去拿，酒店趕人出去，態度極差，房間味道也比較大，太差了，再不回去了
