The service is a strong point. The manager Wendy is extremely helpful and attentive.

Very good view of the city. Room was super spacious, with very comfy beds. Room also came with a bathtub. Service was super good. Room cleaner was attentive to our needs and provided what we needed. Hotel buffet was good for its price. Downside would be the location of the hotel. As it is above a mall, our driver had a hard time finding the entrance. Eventually dropping us off in the basement which was not even connected. The mall was however very convenient for shopping.

I booked with breakfast and one timer chinese set meal. The breakfast is average, the aunty at the fried egg counter was with bad attitude. The Chinese set meal is fine, portion is generous, just the fish was not fresh. My only complaint is that china chinese people always smoke in hotel room even it's is forbidden in the hotel, and the smokes somehow got transition to our room via the ventilation system. Feedback that to the receptionist and they upgraded our room, and got into the same smoking smell problem again. Receptionist was professional and friendly by the way.

Good~! The reception staff are very kindly. It is located inside a shopping mall, so it is convenient to use the restaurant.

My usual hotel each time I came to Hangzhou. No complaints. Shirley the receptionist was helpful when I need to extend my checkout time a bit later.

I would rate this place 6 stars if I could. Upon arrival, my child was cranky and crying and a staff member who was off in the distance came over and gave him a toy to soothe him. During check-in, the front desk asked if we what theme we wanted for our room and we selected bear. She quickly phoned room service to change the bed settings to the panda theme and prepared a toy gift for him. The room was extremely spacious, clean, well appointed, had modern amenities including power window shades and centralized lighting controls, had an excellent view of the city and mountains in the background. Cleaning staff was attentive to our needs and took care of us right away. The included breakfast was surprisingly excellent, with the only complaint being the room temperature being a bit cold and some of the hot food not as hot as I liked but I'm able to overlook those for the price we paid and the fabulous service.

Excellent location almost inside great shopping mall, nice outside enviromment. Will come back for sure!

My 5th time in this hotel. Always a pleasure. Fantastic location, big and clean rooms. Decent breakfast Staff is very sweet and extremely helpful.

Room Size and Bathroom was so spacious. All the staff were so polite and helpful if need any assistance. Hotel Location is ideal for shopping. direct access from hotel to Powerlong shopping mall . Very near to Metro station (on line 6) . Breakfast good.
