Very nice service by staff, cosy and clean. Treated it like home. Near to main attractions and coffee place is just around the corner

the room is comfortable but slightly small especially for those with large luggages. The receiptionist are welcoming and friendly. Requesting extra drinking water comes with additional charge,10RMB per bottle which is the first time I’ve encountered such a fee for basic essential. I booked a lake view room through trip.com but later was told that the home stay doesn’t have room with lake view. Location is slightly farther from town area. While the facilities mention there’s washing machine, but the staff offered to help us with laundry with a fee

Very good experience even tho the room is a little small. Will definitely consider again. The breakfast is a must!

Amazing location and amazing people.

All the staff are super warm, happy to help, and great to chat with. Location is close enough to the West lake/Tiger Garden/Longjing Village without being too close to the crowded area. Would definitely recommend anyone new to Hangzhou to stay here.

Overall, the place is ok, nice and clean. Also, the staff is very helpful and friendly. However, I expected to see the view of Xihu but it doesn't close to the Xihu that much. And obe of our room is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. So, if you book the room, you need to check whether you need to carry how much stuff to which floor.

Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious! Close to the West Lake, so early morning walks/runs are great. Would stay here again if in Hangzhou

位置非常好，到浴鶻灣 楊公堤 花港觀魚都很近，房間空調很足，服務員態度很好，提前確認到店時間預熱好空調，老闆娘聽説我是來看梅花的，很熱情的給我建議路線並指路，早餐十塊錢很豐盛，鹹菜很好吃，要了牌子回家買一些自己炒了吃

Good experience, easy to find the hotel. Providing us with sufficient bottles of water so save our time from boiling. 員工和老闆娘都很細心，知道我們來賞梅花，特地給我們房裡插了一瓶花。我們手機點不到外賣，也幫我們點，讓我們的旅行有着美好的回憶。

房間稍稍緊湊了點，但不影響休息，露台遠眺景色不錯，這幾天天氣晴朗，雖然氣温有點低，陽光撒滿房間很舒服，尤其是老闆一家的熱情接待讓我們很温暖，幫我們拿行李，介紹西湖遊玩攻略，每天的早餐都變着花樣，走的時候還送我們茶葉讓我們品嚐，真的很好，很親切。

房間與圖片完全一致，乾淨整潔，位置好，到西湖和各個景點都很方便，訂的大床房，不方便一家人住，管家建議我們升級房間後免費幫我們加了床，服務熱情周到，正趕上梅花開的季節，景美心情也美。下次還會選擇她家[呲牙]

小院環境不錯，是我們喜歡的風格，很喜歡老闆娘的早餐，超級用心，臨走時還贈送了一小罐西湖龍井九曲紅梅茶，服務很貼心，希望房間裏的電視可以升級成投影🥹，下次來西湖玩還會選擇這裏。
