The rooms were comfortable and cozy, the hotel service was perfect.

Spent about a night, but there was an intense smell into that I couldn’t even enjoy my food. But’s well located though.

Breakfast is too simple and no coffee

Staying in this place has been like a punishment. There has been just 2 positive things: the location and the washing machine inside the room. Apart than these 2 things, my experience has been terrible. The bed is the worst one: the mattress was fake because inside the mattress cover there was just wood I think. I spent one week without sleeping properly because all my bones hurt. It was as hard as sleeping on the floor. The room was different from online pictures and it was really really dark (even with lights turned on). I found it with the small window open and full of mosquitos. Apart than towels and blankets (which were very clean), the room was dirty. I think that nobody has never cleaned the toilet tiles and there were also ***** hair on the wall I think. I spent the week being careful about not touching any wall. I don't need to explain how was the inside of the cabinet.

Super comfy hotel & room. Clean & neat. Stayed here for 4 nights. Really liked the interior and the service, everything is perfect! There's many food stall next to the hotel.

I love the location near the canals. the room was clean and WiFi was good.

Location was good. Stuff very friendly. Room was clean. Only thing I didn’t fancy was the reusable slippers (although seemed like they were cleaned thoroughly tho). All in all nice place, will recommend.

The staff and the service was great! The staff is really welcoming and always willing to help. The location is great, there’s few things to do nearby. I do recommend staying in this hotel.

隔音差，一羣***早上吵死了，門跟擺設似的！早餐也沒啥吃的，品種少了點，前台不知道忙不忙，反正2人都很拽，對人愛理不理，多問兩句像我欠她們一樣。雖然不是遊客，但這個指示覺得還算是貼心吧

設施：有免費的Wi-Fi、健身房、停車場，門口就是公交站，離地鐵站也近，出行非常方便。 衞生：房間乾淨整潔。 服務：員工熱情周到，無論是入住辦理還是日常服務，都能讓人感受到家的温暖。 環境：周邊有商場，吃的也多。

來杭州玩朋友推薦的酒店性價比高，衞生也很乾凈，服務很不錯，上樓都要刷卡比較安全，樓上還有一個很大陽光晾衣房，有自助洗衣機，整體環境還是很滿意的，門口就有公交站哦，去西湖很方便不用換車，還有就是酒店樓下有很多好吃的價格也不貴挺好的。
