The laundry machine was leaking water for a few seconds every time we use it. Should fix it as soon as possible for the next guest. Room was spacious, it’s peaceful at night. Breakfast was so so, not many selection.

Overall the stay is Good ,Front Dest Gorden and tims really good and helpful, Hotel is near to all place and very convenient to buy and Walk at the park , shopping mall just next door🥰, restaurant and super markets, facilities in room good accept microwave and cooking area sometimes the power cut need to switch the power on power box house keepers teach me how to.use , the lady who.clean the room ,very nice and helpful went i need something ,she will assist ,great hospitality. Food for breakfast is good not bad ,Chinese and Western styles , fitness room is good . overall great i will come back for my next stay ,i extent 1 more night due to my flights change and reception able to keep same room ,was really kind and helpful and very fast they clean and tidy the room.

The apartment size is good, environment is clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. There is a 24 hour convenience store right beside too!

酒店位置很方便，就在城西銀泰旁邊，五一出遊坐地鐵很方便，附近吃的也很多。酒店大廳有格調，還有活力水站的飲品，房間超級大，聽前台説是酒店式公寓改造的所以很寬敞。前台的每一個小夥伴服務都很貼心，介紹的細緻，尤其感謝Matana，下次入住還會選擇。

設施：設施設備都很齊全，隔音效果好 衞生：衞生服務乾淨整潔沒有異味 環境：就在城西銀泰上邊，出行很方便，離地鐵站也很近 服務：酒店服務很好，還給我們升級了房型，推薦推薦！

其他都很好，出門首選雅詩閣旗下品牌。但退房時，要查房才能離店確實這麼久以來第一次遇到，有點耽誤時間。對了，房間花灑跟馬桶有點問題，用起來不太順暢

整體來説還是不錯的，洲際旗下的酒店都不錯，地理位置也好，附近什麼都不缺，以後來玩就可以常住這家酒店了

城西銀泰有免費地下停車場，很方便。前台業務能力好辦理入住很快，服務態度也很好，讓人感覺很舒服；環境舒適，房間空間夠大，下次有機會肯定還會來!

朋友推薦的，設施衞生很不錯，住的很舒服，位置也非常棒，出門就是城西銀泰商圈，前台小何服務很熱情，下次去還訂這家嘍，很不錯。
